Critical: Professionalism, QualityI wish that I never gave this place a try. The woman at the front desk seemed very rude and rushy to me. She seemed to have been talking about me to the male tech in her language and laughing.. I really don’t know. I was trying to pick out more than one color for my gel nails and felt rushed as he started on my nails while the lady from the front desk seemed impatient waiting for me to pick my colors as I tried to compare them with a pic in my phone. The male tech cut my nails wayyy too short then I’m used too… I just couldn’t wait to leave! Then I heard another tech offer a customer a drink but nobody asked me? I don’t know if it only comes with certain services. The male tech that did my nails attitude started improving when I was almost done, but I never plan on returning to this nail salon again. I wish that I never gave this place a try. The woman at the front desk seemed very rude and rushy to me. She seemed to have been talking about me to the male tech in her language and laughing.. I really don’t know. Critical: QualityI wouldn’t really recommend this place. They raised the prices on pedicures but the service is sub par at best. I asked for a regular pedicure and was informed that the regular $30 pedicure did NOT come with a massage even though everywhere else you go, all basic pedicures come with massages. So i opted for the $45 pedicure and got a 30 second massage on each leg. And they didn’t do the full service that was printed on the list of pedicures you could choose from. Not a horrible place, they serve complimentary wine but I just wouldn’t recommend. There are SOME good employees here but I noticed no matter who I get the pedicure from, it’s not very good. I asked for a regular pedicure and was informed that the regular $30 pedicure did NOT come with a massage even though everywhere else you go, all basic pedicures come with massages.
