Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI usually love this place and leave happy but every time i’ve gone to Hannah B she has been such a horrible experience. She rushes, doesn’t do what I ask or even try to get the colors I want right, and gives you attitude if you mention you aren’t happy with something. Today I said “oh I don’t really like the way the pink color looks with the other colors” and she goes “Well what do you want me to do about it. They are already dry.” The nails are also chunky and un-even and has acrylic and powder stuck to my nails. I had to pay $60.00 for these. I usually love this place and leave happy but every time i’ve gone to Hannah B she has been such a horrible experience. She rushes, doesn’t do what I ask or even try to get the colors I want right, and gives you attitude if you mention you aren’t happy with something. Today I said “oh I don’t really like the way the pink color looks with the other colors” and she goes “Well what do you want me to do about it. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI LOVE this nail salon! They do the absolute best job on my nails. I also love that they keep to a schedule so you aren’t sitting there waiting for 20 minutes. I get the dip powder and they always looks amazing, they don’t crack or chip, and they last until I am ready to take them off (at least three weeks but I take them off because they grow out not because they look bad). They are a little bit on the expensive side however, it’s totally worth it in my opinion because their service is such high quality. The owner also goes out of her way to learn who her customers are and to greet them by name as they walk in the door. I LOVE this nail salon! They do the absolute best job on my nails. I also love that they keep to a schedule so you aren’t sitting there waiting for 20 minutes. I get the dip powder and they always looks amazing, they don’t crack or chip, and they last until I am ready to take them off (at least three weeks but I take them off because they grow out not because they look bad).
