This was the first time I came here. The place looks nice inside, but they failed at properly doing a basic manicure and pedicure. They cut the cuticles so much that it was painful, used cheap polish and kept forcing me to consider gel polish, which I kept saying I didn’t want. Even though they have OPI polish, they didn’t use it on me, and went with a brand I’ve never heard of. Polish started chipping the next day and nails started breaking the day after. Usually a manicure lasts at least a week, but three days later, they were awful at my brother’s wedding. This photo is at a week: really chipped, cuticles ruined.

Ada was awesome. She took her time & my pedicure was wonderful. However, other staff seem to have an attitude. Also, my acrylic full sets tend to break easily when I get them done here versus a different Nail Trix & Spa location. I would return for pedicures by Ada. Pedicure, Acrylic nails

I took my 15 year old daughter here this past Saturday. I explained to the lady that my daughter had homecoming later in the evening & wanted her eyebrows to be perfect. I stepped outside to make a phone call and when I came back in this woman had small cuts all over my daughters eyebrows. There was big welps where she was TRYING to pluck the hair but instead was pulling her skin. I immediately brought it to her attention the other girl assured me that it would go away within a few minutes. Needless to say it didn’t, it literally looked like someone made tiny cuts all over her eyebrows. The following day I called and complained about what happened to my daughter, and the manager told me to come in for a refund. I drove all the way there and the lady wouldn’t give me my money back. I will never go back there and suggest others to stay far away as well

I’m giving 4 stars but it’s more like 1 star if you’re getting your nails done by anyone other than Ada. I had gotten dip powder manicures done by two other nail techs before trying her and they were terrible (lumpy nails and bruised skin from trimming cuticles roughly). I’ll leave it at that.

I can attest that the bad reviews I seen about this place is wrong. I had a GREAT Experience!!!! I had a Pedi and got my eyebrows waxed. It’s a little pricier but Its a lot cleaner and more sterile then others and the people were very nice. I gave them a chance and I’m glad I did

Went there to get a fill in and pedicure. First the manager has an attitude seems like she didn’t want to take control and tell everyone walking in they had to wait for a pedicure. The lady who did my pedicure did a great job. The lady who did my fill in, didn’t do a great job. Left nail polish around my nails, she also laid the acrylic too thick in my nails. She was also arguing with another work in English in front of me. Totally unprofessional. Won’t be going back for a full in just a pedicure.

I can see why this place has mixed reviews. My first experience was 5 stars- lisa did my mani/ pedi and it was the most relaxing nail experience I’ve ever had. She made me feel welcome and comfortable- offered a beverage and didn’t rush the service. My second experience I saw Tammy and it was very different. I arrived at 9 and the doors weren’t open until she showed up at 9:15 with her children. My appointment was very rushed. During my manicure she was having a conversation with another employee how to dispute a double charge to someone’s credit card that happened the other day. I wasn’t offered a beverage. I was charged $5 for “gel removal” that they put on a few weeks ago. My pedicure only lasted 10 minutes because she was rushing to get to the next customer. She also stopped doing my nails 4-5x to answer the phone even though there were 3 other employees there with no clients. Both visits the nails overall look decent but as far as customer service lisa is who to ask for.

Definitely one of the better shops I’ve been to as a Black woman consumer. The staff was friendly and very accommodating for my mother and I. They understood her limited mobility and were super patient. I’m a big fan and customer for as long as they’ll have me! Manicure, Gel manicures, Nail art, Dip powder

Finished painted nails look like I allowed my 6 year old to paint them did not perform any of the services i requested such as cut downs of both of my nails and toenails and their fix to the problem was to add more polish horrible Waxing, Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures
