I love getting my nails done here. The owners are very kind. They pay attention to you, and always do a fabulous job on my nails. I go to relax, and walk out feeling gorgeous. They offer massage chairs for the pedicures, warm towel wraps, & hot stone massages. They give you a nice hand massage with the manicure too.

The staff is very rude especially the older woman who snapped at me for asking a simple question. I wouldn’t ever go back or recommend this place the amount of time and the quality of work does not match up and the nail equipment itself was extremely filthy I would call the health department if I knew the number. They hurried me out the salon as if I wasn’t a paying customer and the prices for the quality is completely unheard of my nails are completely different shapes and lengths and for the hour I was in there it was the most uncomfortable and irritating experience I have ever had in a nail salon if I could give 0/0 stars I would. I really hope no one ever returns and a change in customer service policies takes place.

Giving this nail salon 3 stars because I semi- LOVE this place , but there are some not so pleasant things as well sometimes! Firstly if you come here expect to wait 30-1 hr typically to get your nails done because there is usually a wait & only 2-3 people working at the most in a day. When you do end up starting your nails they do finish pretty quick ( bonus ) when you have kids! But you have to watch out for them cutting deep into your cuticle when filing with the electric file!! I always end up having to tell the girls it hurts and their going too far up (ALWAYS PREVENT YOURSELF FROM BLEEDING FROM THESE TYPES OF SITUATIONS!! You CAN get an infection in most cases! ) Another thing I loved when I first came here was the advertisement on the front of the building ( 25$ full set manicures – 25$ full set pedicures) which used to be true! NOT NOW! I’m a single mom of 3 so anything in regards to myself I try and save as much money for reasonable things! When you come in and tell them you want either of those options (with a plain 1 color coat) they end up nagging you into other things and you end up paying 45-50$ not including tip !! I have to constantly remind them I came in for a certain thing & of course if I want them longer I don’t mind paying an extra 5-10$ but unless I’m getting a design or gems or something the price should be true to advertisement! Update: the sign stays up but now the prices are different & they refuse to take down or change the sign because it brings in a lot of customers that end up getting fooled out of the deal

I never leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so. This was the first time it only took 35 minutes to get my nails done. At other places it has taken nearly two hours. 35 minutes!! Also they look better than the other places! BRAVO I will be going back. Great job.
