This is my place for gel nails and spa pedicures. I’ve been going to this location for 10 years and will continue to do so as long as my nail tech, Duc & my pedicurist, Gina, are here. They also have wonderful front staff who listen and are responsive to your needs.

Very good place. Wonderful Hours – open everyday and open early 9am. Located in tower plaza which is great…nearby shops. Julie did my pedicure and I’m very pleased. Shes very nice and did a great job. Ben did my acrylic fill manicure. He is very pleasant and did a great job. Color polish I did is Color polish Number 76 Taro pudding (light mauve neutral color).

Clean and professional establishment. Been here a couple times and I’ve had a pleasant experience every time. Like any place some techs hands are a little rougher than others so the massage isn’t always as enjoyable. Haven’t found the right person yet to get the massage just right. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and the massage chairs are great. As a bonus the plaza itself is awesome.

I came with my mom to do French nails and it was a completely mess the nails don’t look natural and looks completely ugly mine were made by the manager Brayan.Plus the guy who helped my mom have such a bad attitude Andrew and none of the two do the nails good. Not worth it the money at all and not coming back neither recommend it, this place isn’t what it used to be.

Absolutely horrible. Just left after Duc made my thumb bleed during a acrylic fill, uncut cuticles, and uncut extra nail filed bits. Jess left my toes crooked, uneven, couldn’t even bother to wipe the extra glob of polish off my untidy cuticles, and painted with smudges All added to a whopping $40. Absolutely horrible. (For some reason I’m unable to attach my photos. So, I’m making boyfriend, Alex J, post.) I should absolutely get a full refund. I had to go home just to redo everything after working 6 1/2 hours on my feet. All thanks to the worst service I’ve been to.

The establishment itself is great. I normally go to Doug who always has my nails looking spectacular. This particular time Doug was booked so I got my nails done by Danny. WORST experience ever. Every time I tried to explain something to him in regards to what I wanted he would talk over me and would not listen to what I was saying. He was very rude and has absolutely no customer service. It was so bad to the point I got up and walked out without my nails being finished. If you ever find yourself at Nail Trix, DO NOT go to Danny.
