Pretty dingy and dirty location with a weird smell. Went in for a fill, and there was nothing done with my cuticles or hang nails, which I feel like is a basic aspect of a manicure. Girl who did my nails def tried her best but I just spent 20 min shaping them and filing them. They also weren’t capped, so the job just looks incomplete. Probably won’t be going back, which is a shame because the girl was nice.

Went there for a basic pedicure because I had a lot of things to do that day. Pay $40 for a basic pedicure. Pedicure was okay. The guy who did it, just asked if I wanted white polish. Didn’t ask if I wanted gel or regular polish. Charged me $12 extra for gel. Not sure if thats an average cost but seemed ridiculous to me. Just wish he would have communicated better. Not worth the extra $12 especially when he didn’t do a good job with polishing my toenails.

At the time I needed to go, this place had the best reviews in the immediate area. They were quick to get me started and were quite thorough with their work, which was nice. We were having a conversation, that I could understand, and the atmosphere was relaxing. My manicure was a simple design and she had trouble making a straight line or a French tip without repainting. Unfortunately, not only was I clipped multiple times on my fingers but I bled horribly from one of my toes. By the next day it didn’t look very pretty. I don’t know why but she said “she didn’t see it”. That’s the worst I’ve ever been cut in a salon. 5 days in I’m still keeping an eye on it. I had to go home and rinse multiple times with hydrogen peroxide, and do an Epsom salt soak to clean it up and keep it from getting infected. My event was the night after getting my nails done, but my polish didn’t even make it 4 days. I just wanted my feet cleaned up, no polish, so they gave me clear, and a French tip manicure with a blue line. I still ended up paying $35, and I’ll probably end up taking it off tomorrow since it’s chipped. Not going again.

Girl’s Day Out!! GONE WRONG!! The owner Lee was rude they have a lack of communication with their customers. Cindy couldn’t speak or understand English but she was nice enough. I asked for coffin nails didn’t get that. My daughter specifically asked for acrylic nails and she still gave her gel nails. Owner Lee didn’t try to rectify the situation and I still had to pay for gel nails for my daughter. He heard my daughter tell Cindy too since he was sitting right next to her. If they’re that hard up for money. I would rather not spend it there. A lie by not listening to you customer is still a lie, Lee. The pedicure is the only reason I gave them 2 stars it was legit. Lack of attention and lack of communication will be Nail Trix downfall, they definitely TRIXED me.

I’ve been coming to this place for over a year. I have had my nails done by the owner as well as other techs and have left satisfied. This ONE time the tech (although he was nice) didn’t do a good job. I expressed that I did not like my ombre nails and he states “that’s just how it is” he seemed like he was unwilling to fix the issue by his response so I asked him to just put gel polish over it to cover my botched nails. Without making a scene I left (yes I paid and tipped) but, I decided to call to speak to the owner because I felt like I wasted my hard earned money. When I called, the owner basically made it seem like it was my fault because “I should’ve asked him to fix it” but if I tell you I don’t like the service doesn’t that mean it should automatically be fixed? They were totally unwilling to help but took my money. By the tech giving me the response he did I felt like I had no options. By the way before I got the gel over it the tech told the owner what was going on but, he (the owner)never even tried to help either. It sucks when one of your favorite places of business treats a loyal customer this way. It’s safe to say I will never spend another cent with this business.

It was my first time going into this nail salon and I absolutely loved it! The gentleman that did my nails knew exactly what to do! All I did was show him a picture of what I wanted. He didn’t ask any questions he knew exactly what to do which was nice! My nails turned out so nice and better than what I expected! I will definitely be returning. The salon wasn’t very nice inside but the employees were and their work was very very good! Definitely recommend!

We just moved here and finding a new nail salon I love was a scary process. I read the reviews and called and made an appointment with Lee. I’m so glad I did. He’s awesome and does whatever I want with my gel manicures and does it the right way. I get several compliments on my nails. You can’t go wrong by going here. So friendly and great quality work.
