My first time coming to a nail salon since moving to New Bern. John did my nails. Normally, I’m not good at conversation because I’m too shy, but it was so easy to talk with him and he took his time making sure my nails were good and that I was comfortable and relaxed. The whole atmosphere in the salon was relaxing, actually. Looks like I find my go-to salon and artist! Thank you, John!

Would be 5 stars but it was a bit pricey. Was $40 for a polish change and nail fix. No fill. Had come day prior for fill. Paid $60 for a fill with designs. Nail shape is on point. Pedicure was 5 stars and not much of a wait. I will be back..just maybe not as often as I used to for the price point.

Not busy, was sat as soon As I walked in Was there for a nail fill in $31 (I tipped in addition) Although the gentleman seemed very nice he spoke very little English to me at least. Was Kurt and to the point. Was hoping to have an American Flag or some kind of art done on the ring fingernail but instead on each hand I have 3 red fingernails, a middle blue fingernail and a ring white fingernail for the 4th of July. I have still received compliments on Them so it’s all good.

My Experience was okay. Upon entering I was not greeted right away but, later I was. I was then asked what I needed done and quickly seated as another customer had not gotten out of her seat yet (which I thought was rude to the prior Customer, because they had me standing behind her seat until she got up) once seated I was not told any pricing until I myself had to ask. Overall my Experience was okay because Customer Service could be way better. But, my nail look natural & neat.
