Kathy is the queen of rush jobs. I came in for a fill in and polish change I left needing a fill in with a new polish. I came back to have my nails redone and she tried to polish over the area that needed a fill-in. I ended up getting a refund and left with my own nails too unhealthy to get a new set applied

I don’t even leave a lot of reviews but I am so dissatisfied with the service I received here. I went for a fill in and the older man that did it was very friendly but he drilled into my skin on EVERY nail. I told him that I could feel it, he would say “Okay” then do it again. On top of that my nails were filed crooked and not the shape I had when I came in. The quality is very sloppy. Then they charged me $20 instead of the listed price of $15 because I already had polish on my nails- WHO DOES THAT? I didn’t even get color because it looks so bad I’m gonna have to go somewhere else to get them redone, I took a chance on this place but I will not be back.

First time here and definitely will be back! The shape OMG Yessss! And my pedicure was LIFE!! My ankle was sore and my guy did his magic! My ankle literally feels soo much better! This was only the second time I’ve been to Nail Trix. The first time I went, the woman who works there did my nails and they came out really good. I went back today for a fill. Today, the man did them. He was having trouble with the magnet they use to do the cat eye nails and they barely have the cat eye look/effect. Also, they’re very bumpy. And my cuticles hurt so bad from the filing. I’m one of those people who don’t like confrontation and I have a bit of anxiety so I didn’t say anything. I just left. But I won’t be back again. There’s way too many other nail salons to go to where all the nail techs do a great job.
