The salon wasn’t very sanitary. They used the same tools for me and someone else with pedicures. They WAY over charged and put in minimal effort. The nail brushes at the sink were covered in a rust colored film, and no towels to wipe your hands. They used the most minimal amount of lotion, and cheap bath and body works lotion. My hands were really dry after the manicure. Got my eyebrows done. Her hands smelled bad. It was a rough experience. The place needs a thorough cleaning. It isn’t sanitary. I won’t go back, and recommend you don’t go. An inspector needs to check this place out.

I am only giving this place two stars because I liked how my manicure came out. The place is disgusting and cluttered, which is ironic because hoarders was on. The woman who did them was extremely rude and was very rough with my nails. Then I went with the other dude and they were TALKING about me and my mom in some foreign language. If you are wanting to come here just know you wont be treated well.

I got my nails done there last Sunday. Within 2 days 3 of them bent down the middle and broke. He used super thin nails and not enough acrylic to support it. I spent 65 plus a tip…Not worth it!! Gel manicures

I don’t ever leave bad reviews no matter how bad the service was, but I’m highly displeased with my service. Cut nails way shorter than I wanted and got mad at me when I said something about it. Shape was horrible and made my fingers look fat. the only person that actually knows how to do nails here is Blake. Acrylic nails

If I could give a zero I would. I never leave a bad review but this was ridiculous! The girl who did my nails was so High she couldn’t keep her head up. Never even clipped my toenails. She didn’t use anything on my feet literally took them out of the water and barley painted them. She dropped 3 bottles of polish and then couldn’t get the brush in the polish because she was so high. At the end she tried to get her kid to rub lotion in my feet. That’s when I left and refused to pay!

I only wished I would’ve read the reviews first!!! Blake is rude and probably shouldn’t even be working with the public!! This place is unsanitary! Couldn’t get an appointment with my usual nail place and decided to go to nail Trix since I was at the mall. Big mistake!! Will not ever spend another dime here!!! Nails look ridiculous!!!!!

If I could give less than one star, I would. I beg you to take a look at all of these horrible reviews. Not only are they WAY overpriced, the nails are HORRIBLE. I decided to get my nails done on the spur of the moment, because my regular nail salon didn’t have any availability. Worst mistake ever. I even tried to explain to the nail stylist what was wrong, and she proceeded to ignore everything I said. I was just disgusted. Pictures below. What I WANTED on the BOTTOM What I got, on the TOP. NOT EVEN CLOSE. I don’t even know what they were supposed to look like! Don’t waste your time or money.

Worst experience ever. They weren’t what I wanted to start with. One broke the next day with no reason. When I went to get it fixed they put one on my new thumb one bigger than the other, wrong color, and too big for my finger. Jewels falling off immediately. It didn’t look like my picture I wanted anyways. So now I have to spend more money going somewhere else to have them taken off and new ones. But definitely never going back. These were only done a couple days ago.
