I have been here a couple times, I live down the street. Vanessa and Jenni are great technicians with wonderful customer service. I usually get short natural eyelashes for $30, wax for $8, and maybe tips around $40 with gel. I think sometimes you can have a long wait so plan to chill if it’s busy. Ask for them though, they’re the best!

This has been my third time coming to this salon. The first 2 times I just got my eyebrows done and a manicure which were decent. Last time I went I got my gel nail polish removed and a pedicure. Their pedicure tubs are uncomfortable and not normal. In all my years of getting g my nails done I have never seen a pedicure tub that looked like that. The lady that did my nails was bossy and unhelpful. The staff overall don’t create a relaxing environment. The tv is always on an international channel, the staff are unfriendly and they don’t have enough mail polish color shade. After having my soak my gel polish off instead of wrapping it with foil, she filed my nails and can I just saw OUCH! My nails are still recovering and it’s been a few weeks. I was so dissatisfied with my service I had to write a review weeks later.

I did my gel manicure last monday, my gel start peeling after two days, I called them to get them fixed, they guy didn’t like the idea that I was fixing them and was rude when he talked to me because I told him he was missing to fix one he said “oh yeah now you gonna start picking them” and kept talking on his language. When he was done he said “make sure you don’t mess them up again honey” and here are my nails 2 days later!

Got a decent pedicure here once to be honest I won’t go back because their customer service is trash. They make you wait almost 20 minutes for a tech without communicating with you …take your money elsewhere

Came to this salon this evening for a refill because Nail Tiki was closed for the evening. I HAVE NEVER HAD A RUDE EXPERIENCE AT A SALON LIKE I DID HERE!!!! I did not like the way one of my nails were filled in and I asked the gentleman that was doing my nails if he could fix it. He got nasty with me and told me that if I didn’t like it, I could walk out without any polish and let someone else do my nails, “this ain’t Hollywood” is what he said as I stood up. I explained that I’m paying for a service and all I’m simply asking is for him to correct one nail. He then told me to leave. I WILL NEVER PATRON THIS SALON AGAIN!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!!! It’s not worth it here!
