Crystal was the first person who gave me a true opinion vs a business answer. I asked if I should get a manicure also and she said no because my nails “are nice” emphasizing more than once not to trim my cuticles with explanation…she even said if I go to another spot don’t let them do that. Not the best experience. Girl up front tells me to select from a specific area of “regular” nail polishes. They’re about to start painting when they tell me the color I have is $25 EXTRA. I say wellllllll that’s a nope and pick a light minty green color instead – they paint it and it’s literally NEON, which isn’t what I wanted at all and I tell them and they’re like oh, the polish looks different on YOUR nails. Um wut? Maybe tell the customer that first? Just like you should have told me the polish I selected from the “regular” polishes was a $25 upcharge. I just paid $50 and didn’t get what I wanted at all. Oh well, f me then, they got paid so they don’t care! The actual pedicure was fine. Just terrible and what feels like shady business tactics and no concern when their customer doesn’t get what they requested.
