I’ve been going to Nail Trix for many years. I have tried other local places but I always find myself coming back here. This is my go to nail salon, my home salon. Annie and staff are great! I always feel welcomed when I come here and have built relationships with the different nail techs over the years. For a while, I would just call and come in and never requested anyone specific because they all do a great job. Lately I’ve been making appointments with Lisa. Lisa is amazing! She always does a phenomenal job. I’ve also been fortunate to have Annie do my nails more recently. I love her french manicures and I never would have thought to switch up the colors and bring personality to a french manicure, but Annie has. She is creative, that’s for sure. Young is awesome too! They are all professionals and great at what they do. That is why I keep coming back. It’s hard to find a good nail salon but I have one here : ) Thank you!

This was the worst attempt at pedicure I have ever had in my life. She never turned on the jets for the water. I was only allowed to put my feet in the water for about 1 minute the total time. She filed my toenails, never ask if I wanted them clipped. When “buffing” my toenails she did them all at once taking the skin off the top of my toes and then sprayed them with alcohol after a very distracted attempt to make it look like she doing a massage, which burned my feet from her taking the skin off my toes. There was no massage she rubbed cheap lotion on my shins and never touched the bottom of my feet. She did however, give her entire attention to the conversation between her coworker and her coworkers come conversation regarding winning the lottery. When she used the hot stones she rubbed them on the bones of my shins. Then when I declined more than a base coat of Polish on my toenails, as the effort put into the application of the polish was proving futile, she was I supposed shocked because I had to answer her questions of “was I sure I didn’t want a coat of clear nail polish” 5 times. At that point I just wanted to pay for the subpart service and leave. There is more to what went terribly wrong but I am limited to # of charters. I DO NOT recommend this nail salon.

I arrived right when they opened. I asked for a acrylic fill and pedicure. I was the second person in there. The woman told me she would do my pedicure first then nails due to the staff not being there yet. Ok no big deal. When I was done with my toes and it was time for my nails they then sat me in a chair and made me wait for a man that was already doing my nails while the girl that did my toes and another girl just sat there. I ended up just getting up and leaving along with two other people. Definitely won’t be back especially for two people that just sat there on their phone and iPad.

Worse ever. Nail tech was doing my nails all wrong. Cuticles were not done properly & my nails had not been filed correctly. Called out to the manager & she actually would not help me because she said she was out to lunch!! I will never go back there.

I have been a customer of this salon for over 15 years. Recently, this salon acquired a new owner. This new owner is rude and disrespectful. She is also rude to her technicians. For over 15 years, I never made an appointment for services. Now, this new owner turns away customers and the salon stays empty because technicians are waiting on people who make appointments. The prior owner was able to accommodate both walk-ins and appointments. This new owner is unable to do both. I walked -in on Saturday afternoon for a gel manicure and eyebrow waxing. I was told by this new owner it would be a 30 minute wait. The salon was empty for a Saturday. When Ms. Lynn was the owner Nail Trix was NEVER empty. I waited for 5 minutes. A technician finished a customer and did my nails. When she was done, I told her I needed my eyebrows done. The owner told her no, I had to come back tomorrow. I have never in 15 years been told at any salon anywhere to come back for services because I could only get part of the services done with an empty salon. The prior owner would have done my eyebrows herself even if she was with a customer. The quality of customer service is horrible. I will not return to this salon until this owner leaves.

I have gone here multiple times pre Covid, this was my first time back since I was so unhappy. The acrylic were uneven on my cuticles, the shaping was urban and VERY bulky. I pointed out a hair on the nail and the nail tech tommy ignored me and gel over it, also he only told me there would be a $5 extra charge for a design besides my $40 for a full set, buy when I got to the register hr charged me $85. He neglected to tell me he was going to charge an additional 40$ for leaving them long and coffin shaped.
