I usually go to this salon for a gel manicure. I went the other day for gel ($25 for the gel and manicure to clean up cuticles) and the lady at the front desk said they no longer do them and they do a dip now instead. She told me it’s $45 for the first time and $35 for the next time. I’m not sure why or how because she said she has to reapply the dip each time for color change. She asked me if she can trim my nails to make them all even and she trimmed two of my nails so short you can see the top of my finger and the rest of the nails are long. When she was done dipping them and putting the top coat on I asked if if the manicure was included and she said she did the manicure by cutting my nails and buffing them too. Some of my cuticles cracked because of the buffing. I’m not impressed. I usually go to table 5 or 9. I won’t be going to table 1 again!

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Made appointment two days in advance wait over an hour then had my feet soak for another 30min before someone finally started my feet. Then ask for pink dip nails with one glitter nail. I ended up with orange gel nails and a black flower on all my nail. Had glue and nail polish all over my hands. When I would say “no that’s not what I want” she would ignore me and continue to do want she wanted on my nail. Then at the end when I said this was not what I asked for she said it will “COST ME” to fix it. I will not be returning.

I looked at the reviews before I came here and gave them a chance because all the bad reviews were from a year ago and I seen good reviews from a couple months ago which seemed as though they improved. It wasn’t terrible but I wasn’t good. Hardly no massage for a pedi! What are pedis for? For a massage of your back and feet. She literally rubbed my feet for two seconds that’s not acceptable. Then she just left for over 5mins. My feet started burning in the water from whatever was in the water. I gave them a far chance and I won’t be back that’s for sure.

I took my two daughters here the ladies that started our nails were nice but the guys we’re rude in a hurry they didn’t even cut my daughter’s nails or clean them before they started doing her nails didn’t find this out until after he skip steps with her because one of the gentlemen started on one of my daughters and my other daughter and I had a lady and they did just fine but they hurried us along so much all of a couple of our nails were all crooked. it was ridiculous I will never go back to this place again

I went at 730 last Thurs. First time there. It was pretty there but pedi chairs were old. I just needed my nails painted. They only spoke to each other in their foreign language. Very rude but they spoke perfect English when they quoted a price. I was moved three times before my nails were painted. The girl rushed me and kept saying You picked out color, you pick out color. Well she ended up putting the wrong shade on my nails. I went back the next day, and she said I CHARGE YOU 10$ TO CHANGE COLOR. I TOLD HER SHE PICKED THE WRONG COLOR AND SHE THEN BEGAN SPEAKING ONLY IN THEIR LANGUAGE. I WLL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!! Rude and unfriendly!!!!!

I like nothing, every time I’ve gone here to give them a second chance, my nails never last! They fall off or break in a couple days, then charged me $4 a nail to repair them. Every mani is painful and the guy was forceful & rude.

NO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Worse experience getting a pedicure ever. The massage chairs are old and not good. It was dirty. They used old worn out toes seperators and a not clean brush. The massage lasted less than one minute. The towel was soured. The design was nice but that is the only positive. When we tried to complain all of a sudden no one spoke English.
