Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI really don’t mean to write a bad review because I love Helen but I am a client’s of Arts Nails but since my girlfriend does not like it there, I figured I’d give Nail Trix another shot since I’ve gone previously and was not satisfied with the results. When you get your nails done, it should NOT hurt, as you can see my nails are raw and bled a little during the scraping of the nails after placement. The Husband used a hard tool which I know at Art’s, they use a softer tool at first before using the hard. I feel like it was rushed. It was crazy busy which I totally understand but my hands sting when I shower now. Some of the paint is not even on my entire nail and when he was shaping them, he shaped too much of the nail which you can see my actual nail. I am just not happy and this is why I don’t come here anymore. I really don’t mean to write a bad review because I love Helen but I am a client’s of Arts Nails but since my girlfriend does not like it there, I figured I’d give Nail Trix another shot since I’ve gone previously and was not satisfied with the results.
