I got French tips about 4 days ago .. I already have new growth and my nails are stained . I came to get them touched up because they offered to fix them after i called and all they did was file them . They told me i would have to pay for another coat which is not fair if your nail tech clearly missed a step . He then went onto say French tips stain around this time of year which is fasle .. my nails shouldn’t be stained period . She did a horrible

I love Rose , I think thats her name. I apologize if not. But she does the best pedicures in town. She takes her time and she is really amazing. I will not go anywhere else for a pedicure. If you haven’t tried this spot you definitely should.

Critical: QualityI’d recently gotten my nails done from my primary nail tech in Riverdale , however at work my thumb nail broke two days later. I didn’t want to make the trip back to riverdale so decided to come here to have them repair my one nail that broke. I understood the nail wasn’t going to look the same and there was a chance they may have not had the same colors used for my ombré nails… however, the tech used a much darker pink and claimed they didn’t have any nude pink powder or the same color used on my nails…. My set was the square shape and the nail tech made my nail look semi coffin… How you mess up on the shape of square nails im not sure but she blamed it on one of my thumbs being bigger than the other…. That shouldn’t have anything to do with shape. Probably won’t be returning. I didn’t want to make the trip back to riverdale so decided to come here to have them repair my one nail that broke. Made an appointment – an hour and five minutes after my appointment time they began our pedicures. Husband enjoyed his but the technician doing my pedicure did not seem to want to be there – cut my toe and barely even offered a massage. Even choosing the deluxe pedicure – we spent less time getting a pedicure than waiting for one. Having recently moved to Douglasville – will definitely be trying other places.

My date wanted to tag along for my self care day and we decided to give this nail salon a try, let’s just say this nail salon deserves more than the average ratings that’s listed!! Very clean place and nice people. The atmosphere upon walking was even great. The guy who welcomed us was funny and energetic, they lady who did my pedi was great and enthusiastic as well, and the guy who did my mani was also a joy. They were all great people !!! Definitely my new spot !!
