This place is horrible! I asked to get a design done and the guy who shaped my nails didn’t want to do it. Multiple times he denied doing the design and when I asked if someone else could do it he had an attitude. The other person who did the design did not take their time. He only looked at the reference photo once and just went for it.. once I was finished and about 30 minutes after leaving the salon the nail polish was lifting (gel polish) and I was just not satisfied. When I called and asked if I could come back in to get it fixed they said I would have to pay extra to get the polish off and pay for another polish to be put on. I haven’t had a bad nail experience in so long and today will be last time I ever come back this place! Oh yeah my total cost was $84 by the way! Definitely not worth it!

The picture with the black tip is what I asked for (but I wanted red instead of black), and what I got was straight out of a kid’s toy aisle. I still paid, still tipped, but I hated it. So I went back and had them remove the red tip to at least salvage the base (and my time). The guy scoffed when I said all I wanted to do (when I went back) was remove the red. I’m just confused why a very simple design was so hard to get initially?

My daughter and I had great service. We were serviced by 2 different ladies. My tech’s name was Nancy and she did a great job on my nails and my eyebrows. I didnt catch my daughter’s tech’s name but her nails came out good too. Unfortunately, 4 hours later her nail polish just started coming off. She came up to me to show me the polish that came off and said she didn’t know what happened. This morning she woke up and showed me more polish that came off. She had regular polish which I knew wouldn’t last long but this was way too quick. This is the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars, but other than that their service quality was great! We felt welcomed and attended to.

DO NOT GO HERE! My sister went for her prom nails and before she even got home the gel was peeling, they cut almost every finger, nails are uneven and overall look so bad Acrylic nails

It was my first time coming here for nails I’ve been here for eyebrows once before .. I took my daughter in as well and I really appreciated the way she and I were treated . We did gel pedi and I got a full set . John was a little serious when he started my full set .. it makes it a little uncomfortable but then we started talking and I told him about my wedding it did get better .. I will definitely be coming back to this place … especially for my eyebrows Ann and Annie did a fantastic job on my eyebrows it’s so hard to find a good place …

Nails trends was my favorite place. I went to get a nail fill on Friday. I waited more than an hour and when it was finally my turn the service was totally rushed and horrible. All my fingers were bleeding and the polish looked awful. I went back today to get my polish fixed and they told me it would be an extra $20 to get my polish fixed. And ended up not wanting to pay since I had just gotten them done. The owner came up to me and looked at my nails and said they would change the polish. This is the ending result of a polish change.. never going back again.

There is 1 older shorter lady with short hair she’s works in booth 11 .. she is the nicest ,sweetiest ,very talented will not quote u 1 price then charge u another like other workers and SHE IS VERY GENTAL .I ONLY GO TO HER .OTHERS HA0VE HURT ME AND MY DAUGHTER CHARGED MORE THAN QUOTED AND NOT VERY GOOD … BUT BOOTH 11 SHE WILL TAKE CARE OF U ..
