The lady who did my nails was very rushed, I had to come back for repairs on 3 nails that the manager charged me for, the nail repair should have been free, especially being that I tipped $10 on each service that I received when the original service was rendered, $10 on the fill-in, and $10 on the pedicure, $20 in tips total (The pedicure was done by a different technician and she did a great job so I left one star for that). If you go here, just know that they will charge you more money if the technician makes an error and you come back to have your nails repaired. I’ve been to several nail salons in this area and this salon by far is the worst. Pedicures are good but I will not be returning due to poor business ethic.

This place is absolutely horrible. Never get your eyebrows waxed here. They ruined mine the day before my graduation. There are two places on the same road that do a great job. When I entered the salon, I did not feel welcomed, for starters. The nail tech that I dealt with also had an attitude. When I went to get my brows done, I informed this same tech that I just wanted them to be cleaned. I do not like arches or thin brows, as my brows are naturally thick. She rushed through it, proceeded to thin my eyebrows, and she shaped them in the form of rainbows. Now I have to spend the rest of the night figuring out how I can fill them in. They are that bad. Please save your money and find a different nail salon.

If I could I would leave zero stars. If you are looking for a clean relaxing environment in which to get your nails done run far away from this place. I have never had such a bad experience with a nail salon. I called ahead and asked if they had availability to do a manicure and they said yes. I arrived less than 5 minutes later and I was passed between 3 different technicians as they tried to “fit” me in between other appointments. They butchered my nails and I ended up telling them to not even bother with nail polish after they charged me $5 extra for the manicure. I really wish they had just been honest in the first place and told me they didn’t have time instead of just being greedy and trying to fit in one more person.

Trash. I got off of work at 6pm and CALLED to make sure they could take me. The lady said yes, and that they closed at 7:30. When I walked in around 6:15 she went on and on about how I should pay extra because they were really closed, after she told me to come!! I wanted THE MOST BASIC full set for a wedding.. square & short- medium length. She rushed me to pick a color and when I did she immediately said $50. When I pointed out the price menu said $20 she went on a rant about NOTHING and couldn’t give me a legitimate excuse as to why I would be paying $30 extra. Terrible service. They rush you, and try to charge you extra for every little specific detail on how YOU want YOUR nails done.

I’ve been going here for over 10 years and I absolutely love it. I usually don’t have an appointment but they work me in and make me feel welcome. I think the atmosphere here is warm and friendly. I have tried other salons over the years, but I stick with Nail Trend. Yes sometimes they might make an error, but everyone is human. Great shop, try them.

They did a good job, especially the short-haired woman working on my calluses, but my companion was asked at least five times if she wanted to upgrade to gel. She didn’t because the gel selection was poor—mostly sparkly. After my companion declined a manicure, she was questioned about what she was going to do with her nails. We think our feet look good now but due to pushiness from an irritated-seeming woman, this wasn’t the pleasant experience we were looking forward to.

Have gotten pedicures and gel manicures here 4-5 times over the past year. I prefer the place across the street for higher quality service but their hours aren’t that great and the wait is typically longer so that is how I ended up here last Saturday getting a pedicure and gel manicure before I left for a week long vacation. I was there when they opened and they rushed me through my services by doing the gel mani while I was in the pedicure chair which I can’t stand bc first it’s a completely awkward angle to sit in the chair and to have to turn to keep putting your hands in the dryer. The girl was having a problem with a few of my nails not drying properly probably bc I couldn’t hold my hands at the correct angle. I finished at 11:00 am and left for my vacation, that night at 8 pm I put on a pair of ballet flats and the nail polish on my big toes ended up completely scraped off! I have never had that happen before. My gel manicure which I can typically get to last for 3-4 weeks without chipping or peeling up started to come up around the edges on day 4! I got back in town Sunday night (a week after the service) and went in today to explain and try and get a polish change on my toes and get my gel nails fixed. I showed them photos taken the same day of my toes and showed them the gel coming off on my fingers. The woman just yelled at me and said I should have come in right away and not wait a week, when I explained that I was out of town for the holiday she just said it again. She was going to charge me for the polish change bc I picked a different color. I just left and told them not to worry about it bc it was the principle that they should have just apologized for the not great job and fixed it. I don’t get my nails done that frequently as it’s a special treat that I allow myself for special occasions since I don’t have much expendable income. I won’t be going back after the way I was treated when asking them to fix their mistakes.
