Critical: Quality, ValueDon’t waste your money. Came here last Wednesday and service was great – but within 7 days, my nails were lifting and one came completely off. I came in and spoke to the manager and they charged me to fix them. Fine. The nail he replaced was put on so quickly and haphazardly that it is crooked and a completely different shape than the rest of my nails. I’m so upset I could cry. I should have not come back. The only reason I did, was because I loved the color and knew I couldn’t find it anywhere else and did not want to go somewhere else to pay for a new set and pedicure to match….I should have. Don’t waste your money. Came here last Wednesday and service was great – but within 7 days, my nails were lifting and one came completely off. I came in and spoke to the manager and they charged me to fix them. Fine. Worst place ever they are so over priced I paid so much for some plain a$$ nails he charged me 120 This not even what I Wonted he didn’t put diamonds nothing he said 150 for jewels I told him I wasn’t paying that like he lucky he got the 110 they are white with butterflies this shouldn’t of been over 80, they are lumpy in person and they aren’t coffin shape at all, he act like he had a attitude when I told him I wasn’t paying that I will never come back here again do not come here

I would give a lower star if I could this place is horrible my toe hurts so bad from where she dug with cuticle cuters and they ask regular or deluxe I asked price said 45 for deluxe said yes for me and my daughter and then asked if she wanted gel and said it was a 10 dollar add on we got regular French no gems or design and came out to 130 total no communication is the issue not the price… will never go back here

I dropped my daughter off here to get her nails done for her birthday. She told the lady upfront that she wanted medium length white gel coffin shape. The lady who started her nails told her it would be $45 for the total which my daughter and I agreed to, then she passed her along to the guy to continue them since someone else came in for a pedicure. I left her there to pick up some items since he started her nails. In that time he placed glitter acrylic on my daughter nails. My daughter explained she didn’t want glitter she just wanted regular acrylic and white gel. The guy proceeded to tell her it’s going to be $50 now because it’s already applied and another $15 for the gel. Then to top it off he was cutting her cuticles and cut a piece of her skin which resulted in her bleeding and he hands her a paper towel and have her wash her hands again. No apology or anything! Now to the end of the appointment My soft spoken teenage daughter not knowing any better pays using my card and text me explaining that she thinks he has over charged her. I get there to pick up my child and notices the look on her face of disappointment. I ask what was wrong she shows me the cut on her finger and the receipt where he clearly over charged my card. I asked what happen to her finger he says “it was an accident” we go back and forth. I decided it wasn’t going anywhere so I asked why the lady told me one price but once my child was alone someone else not only does her nails wrong but also tells her she has to pay because HE messed up. The guy says well it was already applied and the card was charged. Denied a refund and denied to remove the nails that he did wrong! We will not be returning and I strongly encourage you to think before entering this shop. A person who takes advantage of a child should be highly ashamed of themselves!

Just don’t do. I got acrylic nails, and my nails are so uneven I had to sit in the store and fix them myself and not one employee asked if everything was ok. I usually don’t complain, but I had too.I really just want to take them off, i am so disappointed.
