I came here on a Saturday around noontime and was able to get help with a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I was seated at the spa chair and two ladies got started on me right away, Cam and another, older lady. As Cam helped with my manicure she made small talk that helped pass the time. She cut the skin around my nails and buffed my nails in a very half assed manner. I still have a lot of skin pieces hanging off my nails. She didn’t cut or file my nails down properly. She did do a hand massage for about 1minute before she informed me that another lady would be applying my gel polish. The person who applied my gel polish was not detail oriented and left my nails looking bumpy and uneven. Also, my nails have ridges in them from how uneven the polish is. She did not cover my entire nail and she got polish on my skin, didn’t bother to clean it up. The other lady did a better job on my toes. She took the time to actually clean my nails and apply the polish correctly. At the end she hit my big toe nail with her arm and it smeared the polish. She tried to fix it by applying more polish. I asked her apply a completely new coat however she refused and only applied an additional coat. It made my nail look lumpy and uneven. I’ve gotten gel nails before and it is a meticulous process so I didn’t expect to be out of there quickly however, I spent almost 2 hours there for them to give me a subpar manicure and pedicure. The prices were a joke compared to the salon I usually go to. I should not have strayed from the place I go to regularly. I took a chance in coming here, as a friend recommended this place but, I will not be coming back again.

We washed our hands and Kim informed us that it will be only cash or zelle.she wouldn’t start the service until.she recieved our payment. We asked if we can test it fir $1 first to make sure the payment went through. She mocked the idea and started talking to her assistant in a foreign language and asked us “what you don’t know how to use zelle” her assistant performed the waxing amd was so gentle. When we left we said thank you and goodbye and Kim didn’t even say a word or looked our way. We were not rude at all nor was our tone out of order to have such treatment from Kim. Have been going to this nail shop for years and it has changed hands several times. I like the 2 previous owners very much but was on the fence about the new owner until today the person who did my services today was very nice & personable never seen her at this shop until today will diffinetly return to have her do my nails in the future.
