Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went here 2 months ago to get my mani and pedi for my wedding. My maid of honor suggested this place and I absolutely love it. This is the first time I have gotten acrylic nails that don’t lift a week later. The manicures are phenomenal. The prices are great and they did such a good job that I decided to keep coming to get my nails done. I loved the pedicure as well and can’t wait to get another. I went here 2 months ago to get my mani and pedi for my wedding. My maid of honor suggested this place and I absolutely love it. This is the first time I have gotten acrylic nails that don’t lift a week later. The manicures are phenomenal. The prices are great and they did such a good job that I decided to keep coming to get my nails done. I loved the pedicure as well and can’t wait to get another. I just did acrylics for the first time with Thu, the owner and she is amazing. I have always done my hands with her. The other two lovely ladies do great pedicures. The owner Thuy took such good care of my nails fixing all the bad parts of a previous salon. I come every 2-3 weeks and I’m beyond rough with my nails January til now I still have not broken a nail. I even have them longer than ever before. I went in one day because I broke a nail and I work across the street. The owner Thuy took such good care of my nails fixing all the bad parts of a previous salon. I come every 2-3 weeks and I’m beyond rough with my nails January til now I still have not broken a nail. I even have them longer than ever before. Over the years I’ve been to nearly every nail salon in Waterford and no one even comes close to Nailtopia when it comes to manicures!! They always use such precision when applying my acrylics whereas every other place just rushes through them. My nails look perfect every time I leave their salon and I will never make the mistake of going anywhere else ever again! Thank you for your awesome service!!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy friend and I went for the same thing, just a gel polish as well as getting our former polish removed. We waited for over 2 hours mind you. We both had to wait while one nail person was doing our nails. She teeter tottered between us the whole time. She was rushing to get them done as well. We got to the front to pay and she charged me extra because it took longer to remove the polish I had on before. I was livid but paid anyways. Not even 3 days in and my polish has already cracked and my nails are breaking because they are exposed. I will never go back again.
