Jenny did a beautiful job on my daughter’s nails for prom! She was fun to work with, took on a detailed design, and completed it flawlessly! We will return to Jenny for our special events! Meanwhile, I had a simple gel manicure done by a very kind and attentive young man at the same time and was very pleased!

Asked for medium, nails were done very short and super thick. My thumbs look like toes now lol. My daughter also was done and charged $85 for medium length with two colors/tip. They do not have it disclosed clearly that there is a $20 up charge for tip color and I’ve used enough salons in the valley to know it’s very high. But the bigger issue is that the tech cut my cuticle, so badly I had to have her stop service multiple times due to the pain. She kept hitting the same spot and the product was burning. When I let the business know, they accused me of lying. A cut cuticle does not necessarily bleed but it can cause a lot of pain and the open skin can let infection in if they aren’t cleaning all their tools properly which hopefully they are. But it’s extremely unprofessional that they called me a liar and were dismissive, when they could have apologized for causing pain during the session.

This was my first time at Nail Toepia and Chris did an amazing job! I’ve never had my arcylic so smooth even before polish. No lumps or bubbles, just couldn’t believe how smooth my nails were. Chris worked fast but also was very precise in his work. The whole staff was very friendly and they were very nice to my young daughter blasting her Minnie mouse tv. Seeing some of the reviews of Chris’ nail art I’ll definitely be back and try nail art for the first time ever.

Went to Nail Topia today after having my nails done else where in Kalispell for month. Their customer service was amazing!! They listened to what I wanted, made sure I loved what they did. They were awesome!!!
