This place is amazing! I’ve gone twice now and Tracy and Michelle are both very kind! I came here years ago to get my eyebrows done and knew I had to return. I came the first time for acrylic nails recently and Tracy made me feel extremely welcome and at ease. I went again tonight after accidentally breaking my nail while working on a room (My fault as I lifted something very heavy) and Michelle fixed it up for me lovely (And even stayed after closing to finish my nails!) I love these girls and this place. I’ve really felt awesome and welcome. I’ve also gotten compliments on my nails and have felt very pretty! Thank you Nail Tips and girls!

Have been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience until today. Apparently they are under new ownership. Which makes sense because service has gone downhill. I walked in for a mani and pedi for me and my daughter. After they finished my pedicure they told me to come back tomorrow or later today to have my hands done. What? Why would you tell me this now and not when I walked in? Definitely not coming back. I was not the only upset person here today.

Walked in for a mani and they told me it will be a couple of minutes ( 4 min to be exact ) . Then multiple people walked in for their appointments . They should of just said they were busy instead of me spending 20 min without anyone acknowledging me. Will not be coming back

I was referred to by one of their regular customers and I can see why she’s gone to this store for such a long time! I’ve been treated with absolute kindness, the staff of been very accommodating, and are always very mindful of keeping the salon clean and comfortable!I also admire the staff for dealing with any situation in the most respectful and professional manner. I say this because not long after my appointment ended, there was a client who was being very disrespectful to staff and complaining about the temperature of the whole store, claiming that she’s been waiting for 15 minutes and that she demanded essentially to be treated like a princess she was acting like. The staff, treated the lady with a lot of respect and acted in a very professional manner!
