Critical: Cleanliness, ValueI instantly noticed this place was not clean/well kept up and should have left. I got a pedicure and it was one of the worst I have had. The water was cold but that didn’t matter as they didn’t even let my feet soak. The pedicure was very rushed and the polish had hard bubbles in it when she was finished. Critical: ValueGot a fill and my daughter got a full acrylic set for$60 doesn’t add up to the prices they have posted on the wall to add my gel nail polish wasn’t completely removed from my nail and my daughter’s are thin and crooked. Definitely not going back. Got a fill and my daughter got a full acrylic set for$60 doesn’t add up to the prices they have posted on the wall to add my gel nail polish wasn’t completely removed from my nail and my daughter’s are thin and crooked. Definitely not going back. This is not the first time and it’s sad because I do love their customer service and location.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am not joking when I say Amanda did THE BEST set of nails I’ve ever had in my 22 years of living (& I will admit I’m a very picky person when it comes to nails). I have had this set for a week now & have gotten at the least 1 compliment a day on them since – even from total strangers. Not only was she insanely talented & able to make designs look just like the picture, she was so comfortable & fun to talk to, plus got me in & out of the salon within an hour and 15 minutes. I immediately booked with her again on the spot. I am not joking when I say Amanda did THE BEST set of nails I’ve ever had in my 22 years of living (& I will admit I’m a very picky person when it comes to nails). I have had this set for a week now & have gotten at the least 1 compliment a day on them since – even from total strangers. Not even a week later my nail polish was coming off and looked as if I had never had them done. I called and told them that it was the worst French pedicure I’ve ever had so they told me to come back in so that they could look at them. When I did the dad ended up having to take all the nail polish off and repainting them. Not even a week later my nail polish was coming off and looked as if I had never had them done.
