This was my first time coming to this salon and it’s definitely going to be my last. I got there 10 minutes passed their opening time and no one was there yet. That should’ve been my first cue to leave. The pedicure I had coming in looked better than how it looked leaving. When filling the tub she said the water was cold and still expected me to put my feet in. I had to ask to go to a different chair. She wanted to make my nails more square but now all of them are different shapes and lengths. Some of my toes aren’t even painted entirely. The person who did my French tips was also sloppy. There is glue under my nails. She also put white dip on my nails instead of the clear base coat so the nails look blended together. She cut my nails beds and now they feel raw and are bleeding. I was going to ask to have my nails fixed but I was already there an hour and a half and was ready to leave. I pay less for a lot better quality at the place I typically go to. This place is awful. This was my first time and my last. The salon was incredibly dated and not very clean. I should have left but i had to get it done that day. The service to my nails was ok. However, the nail tech spent the entire time talking to the other worker sitting behind me. The pedicure tech was rough and painful. Several times I pulled my foot out of her hand. This was two days ago. 3 my toes are so sore and red. The biggest issue was it took almost 3 hours for my nails and toes. I am not sure if the chairs were just really uncomfortable or just the fact I sat in it so long. They do not multi task like most salons. One perons does you nails and then you get taken to the pedicure chair. This is usually a 1 plus hour appointment somewhere else but it is clear the people are not crossed trained as I listen to appts being scheduled for pedicures. The owner/manager spent her entire time discussing other clients with whoever came in. I learned who lost what in the stock market, whose medical conditions had taken a turn and so much more. I am only giving 1 star becuase the nails were somewhat decent and you can’t leave less than 1 star.

Ken is the best nail technician I have ever encountered. They offered me a soda while I waited. Everyone was kind. I was originally going to get white coffin nails, but changed my mind after viewing Ken working on the client before me. My sister, mom, and I came here for Mother’s Day / birthday pedicures. My mom loves this placed and we picked it based on her recommendation. We all loved the experience we had. The full pedicure package is a really great deal; it includes wax and hot stones all for $39, which usually is more or is only one or the other. The staff was all very friendly and it was super easy to set the appointment for the 3 of us. I really liked the care the ladies took with one of my toenails that is growing back from an injury. The only complaint I had at first was that the water in the bowl was called but she quickly emptied it out and filled it with nice hot water.

I have been searching for a new nail salon after my regular spot changed owners. I gave Nail Times a try based on the reviews and convenient location. I made an appointment for a pedicure and full set. I love the ombre coffin shaped nails and I usually get the “fancy” pedicure with all the bells and whistles. The service I received her was just okay. The lady doing my pedicure seemed rushed and left a few services off that were listed on the menu. My nails were more French than ombre but I was okay with it. It’s almost been 2 weeks now and I have had 4 nails break. That’s super disappointing given the $$ I spent to have them done. Looks like I’m still on the hunt for a new nail spot

Very DisappointedThis use to be my favorite nail salon but after today, I am in distraught. I usually have good experiences with Ken but today I got a lady (who i do not recall her name) but she poorly shaped nails and cut my skin and made me bleed multiple times. 🙁

Critical: Quality, Valuei came in for a birthday set about a week ago and after 7 days one of my nails broke. i never break my nails, i normally do fills because they are ALWAYS in good condition after a month. i’ve had my nails done here 3x and each time they have broken(i get short sets) . i went in for a repair and she dipped my nails instead of applying the acrylic with a brush like all of the other ones and she did NOT shape it right or cut it down to the length of the other nails.
