Worst service ever!!! I walked in asking for a manicure and a pedicure, they did the pedicure first and then they made me wait for the “acrilyc specialist” more than 30 mins, after that she just said I DONT HAVE TIME FOR YOU and started working with other walk in… so aggressive, so unprofessional, first and last time at that place. My friend and I made appointments the day before, each for a mani and pedi. We mentioned when making the appointment that we would like the powder dip for our fingers. Well I guess that was not heard and apparently only one person can do sms dip so we couldn’t get done what we made an appointment for. My friend got it done, but by the time it was my turn, I didn’t want her to wait 45 minutes like I did, so we left. It’s always incredibly disappointing when a great deal of your time is wasted and basic things like keeping an appointment can’t be met.

I have been going there every 2 weeks for dip powder and pedicure and today I had an appointment and they told me when I got in, they to pick a color and I sat for 20 min and the lady comes over and says “im the only one available and my friend said you’re difficult so I don’t think I can help you” the main “manager” just looked at me and got back to working on her client. So I left ..very confusing, and yes I tip 20-25% ALWAYS. I literally have no idea what happened, maybe they have another client who resembles me, but I’ll find another salon.

Went in for a full set of acrylic at 5pm (they close at 8pm). The receptionist ask one lady in and she mention another person name, so she ask her and I turn to look in the direction that she was talking and the lady shook her head no. I don’t know the language but clearly understood since I didn’t opt to get a pedicure and I was only getting acrylic and not gel nails….. it wasn’t worth their time. I told the person that I would go somewhere else and she shook her hand yes. The next place will get tip double just because they said yes when this place turned me away!

I arrived for a pedicure on a Thursday afternoon and there were 3 people ahead of me. After waiting approximately 30 minutes I was taken to a pedicure chair and seated. No water was ran. No beverages were offered. I was seated and left. After waiting approximately 20 additional minutes with no service being provided and no one making the attempt to start the pedicure process, I walked out. There are other options in the area that exemplify excellent customer service.
