Well..I have been here 3 or 4 times. 2 times MAI has done a great job on my nails and I have left feeling good about the product I received. The problem is that not one of the workers has any customer service or personality skills. I mean, I’m not looking to be entertained but at least try to aknowledge me as I am sitting there RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU… FOR A WHOLE HOUR. The place also needs a cleaning. It’s sad, the location is great, MAI does a stand up job….the other guy has almost sawed my fingers off with the file the other two times. The young woman sits on her chair curled up with her phone so it won’t get away I guess. Probably the worst soft skills, And customer service I have ever received at any salon.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy wife and her friends came for full sets and pedicures. Shop was filthy, and the smell was very strong. The man who claimed to be the owner was extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemingly unknowledgeable. Clipped nails too short, and repeatedly filed skin with the drill. When told he was hurting her, became belligerent, and refused further service. Definitely lost a handful of customers in a single day.
