I had a pleasant experience here, on August 9th. I went for a pedicure and I was the first customer there. I got their Deluxe Pedicure package + Parrafin for $45 plus $10 for gel color. I was satisfied with my service as the girl who took care of me was very sweet and checked in on me to see if I was in any pain when she was doing my nails or the rest of the services involving hot temperatures. It also only took an hour for my service, which was great because I was in a hurry.

My French tip pedicure came out super cute, but the next day my feet were SUPER dry!!!! I get pedicures all the time & I have never had this issue before. They were dry for almost 2 weeks even after putting lotion everyday, it only lasted for so long. Not worth it made my feet look & feel not so pleasant. Pedicure

Horrible customer service my cousin went here and was told she was being difficult and that she was known for being difficult and nobody wanted to do her nails. It was her birthday and she just wanted to air bubbles to be fixed and asked for simple plain color. She was told if she didn’t like the service to never come back. Totally unprofessional and made her cry. I will never come back to this place again.

The woman who did my feet was amazing! She took so much care and pride in her work. However my friend who also got a pedicure was not given great service at all by her tech. She rushed through the process and seemed very irritable. When I brought it up to the manager towards the end in a nice way her only response besides excuses were “I’m sorry you feel that way”. Really disappointing. I won’t be back because of the manager ♀️

Critical: Cleanliness, ValueI tried to give this nail salon a second chance, and yet again I was disappointed. Firstly, there are NO TUB LINERS. I personally hate that. Second, your service WILL BE RUSHED. If your expectations are a relaxing massage your definitely not going to get that. Also, prices aren’t posted for you to see. They basically tell you what the prices are. I got a pedicure (BASIC) WITHOUT POLISH and it was $50.00 WHAT?! They went back and forth with whether the gel take off was $5.00 or $10.00 repeatedly. I went with a friend and she got the same pedicure, but WITH FRENCH TIP (gel) and her service was $50.00; how does that make sense? Lastly, they will ask you to Venmo them instead AND have you include an extra $1.50 or so which is because they don’t want to be charged the money to transfer it into their bank.
