I am not one to complain or be particular about my nails, but I’ve never left a nail salon with ugly nails! I asked her to fix a couple of them and she just made it worse and I just wanted to cry. She also asked me if I wanted a pedicure 3 different times which just gets old. If I wanted a pedicure, I would tell you I want one. I’m extremely disappointed! Here’s pictures to show how goopy they were and unstraight the polish is. Not pictured are bubbles on just about every finger.

These nails were way over priced for the quality. The nail tech over filed my nails to the point where my pinky was buring. Would not recommend. These nails have already started lifting on day 2. Manicure, Dip powder, Nail art

My nails ended up being pretty good but holy cow these are WAY overpriced. I may be uncultured but I’ve never paid more than 70 dollars for basic dip with tip nails but this was 82 dollars without tip. I can’t justify spending almost 100 dollars on fingernails that will be gone in a few weeks. Plenty of other places to go for cheaper…

I went for a gel manicure. The manicurist put on 5 tips (my other 5 nails were long). After I left, I realized 1 nail was very crooked. She glued it on an angle. I showed it to several people and the all agreed it was very crooked. I went back the next day to get it fixed, and instead of owning up to the mistake, they said that’s how my own nail grows. Really? After 70 yrs all of a sudden my nail grows on angle. I thought they would apologize and put on a new tip. Instead, the manicurist ( a different one ) just filed it a little and repolished it. Not going back there!

I’m not sure what went wrong with my visit. The place is usually very busy, and during this visit there was a Caucasian couple walking around talking to “regulars” (maybe?) and ignoring the people in the waiting area. I checked in at the kiosk, but was not offered any indication of wait time. After waiting 20 minutes with no available technician in sight, I took my leave. I don’t think I’ll probably be back.
