I had appointment on May 5th for nails, firstly they took me in almost about 50 minutes late and then there were 3 walk ins right after me and guy there told everyone to have a seat. Anyone who walks in here they say ‘have a seat ‘ and then you wait forever. THEY DON’T VALUE YOUR TIME. It’s ridiculous. After finally I got my nails done (Dip) as soon as I got home my nails started chipping off the next day…which should not chip for about 2-3 weeks..never going back there.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy daughter and I came in to get our nails done. The staff was very nice. Prices are good. But the quality was poor. It was my daughter’s first time for a mani. The gentleman that worked on her nails insisted on gel instead of the lacquer we asked for and he did not shape her nails. They looked uneven and sloppy. I decided to go with the dip for my long nails. They were not shaped right either because 2 of them where crooked. My daughter and I came in to get our nails done. The staff was very nice. Prices are good. But the quality was poor. It was my daughter’s first time for a mani. The gentleman that worked on her nails insisted on gel instead of the lacquer we asked for and he did not shape her nails. They looked uneven and sloppy. I made an appointment for a friend and I to come in. We had to wait over 30 minutes to get our nails done. I immediately wanted to leave as I watched the nail technician take the towel and shake the nail clippings and dead skin into the air and put the towel back in front of me. As I sat there in shock I noticed that she did not open a fresh, clean set of utensils as I have witnessed happen at other locations. I had each nail done individually during my gel manicure and my hand was aggressively pushed back at me to place under the light. The nails were not shaped and I ended up having to reshape them when I got home, my cuticles were not pushed back, and my friend asked to keep the length on her nails as the technician went ahead and cut them anyways. At the end I was just done and told to go wash my hands where there wasn’t any soap. I wanted to give Nail Time a chance after having heard great reviews but after my experience I will not be returning.

If I could give no stars I would. I had my nails done and they turned out beautifully but I noticed that it appeared they do not sanitize tools between clients i asked to have my eyebrows waxed then noticed they do full face waxing. Decided to give that a try. I can’t even explain how shocked I was that she did some waxing and then I felt her scraping my face. I thought she she was removing excess wax. When i opened my eyes and asked what she was doing she showed me a razor blade!

My friend and I made an appointment a week ago. The appointment was made that day and it was set for 5:30pm. That might be kind of late but with our schedules it was really the only time we could get in. I had never been to Nail Time before so everything was new to me (I also don’t know anyone’s names which is why Im not using them in this). But whenever I sat down I was handed this thing with a whole bunch of colors on it. And before I could even get a chance to look at them the guy had already started on my nails. Then while he was going he had held some of my fingers in a certain way where it hurt but I didn’t complain because I thought my finger just needed popped. He seemed to be half paying attention to my nails during this but was not careless. So basically in the end I was waiting for my friend to be done and I was examining my nails and I realized that every nail on my right hand was longer than on my left. That would mess with most people anyways but I have a little bit of OCD which just made it even worse. Not only that, some of the nails weren’t even painted all the way down and some were crooked. My friend also noticed that some of hers were crooked. I understand that we made the appointment a little late but it’s not like they were busy or we were just walk-ins. So not too bad of service, but I don’t think I’ll be visiting there again.
