I’ve came in here one other time before and had no issue at all. I got a acrylic set, They switched me back and fourth from 2 different people, and the lady that I had was very aggressive with my nails. A day later and my nail polish is bubbling up, and peeling off. They look like they need to be filled in already, and some of the nails doesn’t even cover my real nail. My point finger and index finger have small cuts on them, and they were bleeding as she was trying to do the rest of my nails. I don’t recommend.

Got a pedicure and a full set from the lady there for $130. The nails were shaped TERRIBLY. They were super wide, and crooked looking. None of the nails had straight sides. I asked for red that blended into black at the tips, and got that but it wasn’t blended. Instead of blended where red met black I got little lines going into the red. The lines looked like grass. I even tried to show her the picture before she started adding the color, and she said she didn’t need it. I didn’t make a big deal just decided to not come back again, and leave a review so other people are aware. I’ve only been there twice and the first time I was there I had the guy, and he did my nails so well aside from one line being crooked. Those nails were more complex and I was out of options this time around, so I just went there thinking, “These are super simple nails I don’t think they can mess these up”. Yeah NOPE.

The service at this business has REALLY gone down hill! I’ve been coming here for years, and today the female owner was absolutely AWFUL to me. When I came in, she was barking at her kids, barking at her husband, and when an older gentleman came in asking if she could help trim his toenail because it was hurting him, her response was “I’m booked! Come back later!” No offer to help or offer another time. She then was really rough with my feet while she was moving them. So I asked her to be more gentle. She jumped all over me for that, and wanted to argue about how it was my fault that I didn’t let her know that it was hurting my feet! When I said that I was telling her now, she wanted to fight with me about it!! I finally had to tell her to stop talking and finish my pedicure or I was walking out. She then put ONE coat of nail polish on, and sloppily put on the cover layer. When I asked for a second coat, she said “I already put one on!” I said fine, paid my bill, told her I wouldn’t be back, and walked out as she was still screaming. It’s clear to me that this lady hates her job and her life. Her customer service skills reflect that. Beware. After 3 years of being a patron, I won’t be back!!

Critical: Quality, ValueIt was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I was rushed, maybe 2 minutes of soak time, she cut my nails so short they hurt, I could have done better myself at home. We were greeted the moment we walked in the door. We were treated kindly & they listened to what we wanted. After calling several other nail salons, and getting frustrated because no one could answer the phone or return a call, I called Nail Time; much to my surprise they answered the phone & actually had openings for myself & my daughter to both get a full set. We were greeted the moment we walked in the door. We were treated kindly & they listened to what we wanted. We are both very pleased with the way our nails turned out & we are planning on going back.

Plan ahead and choose another nail salon. The tech kept watching clock. Pointed out that the edge of my nail had a piece sticking out (needed filed) and was told that’s just my nail. Tech got angry when I was looking at a toenail not fully painted. Was told and I quote, “I work really hard for you, you not appreciative, you can paint it yourself, you come in here with your nails not looking so good.” She knew that my granddaughter had painted my nails. Still need a manicure ☹
