Kind of Rude the way they dismissed me. I came in very friendly. The Lady asked me what service I wanted, and I said a gel manicure… then was told no availability, they didn’t offer any other times or availability for this week. I simply just felt dismissed, I work in the salon industry and would never make a guest feel that way .. do better

I have been going to Nail Time for several years and have always been happy with their professional, quality service. It is a very friendly, comfortable atmosphere and I always feel welcomed when I am there . Everything was clean, as always, with the addition of some protective changes that complied with the CDC requirements and I felt safe.

The service here is exceptional and all technicians do outstanding work. I moved here from CA where the salons have to be very good to compete, so I’m picky. Donald the Manager works 6-7 days a week to ensure a full staff. The shop is hygienic, tools are sterilized, liners are used in the foot baths. Drains are cleaned after each customer. The prices are very reasonable and no one tries to up sell you. Staff are friendly and are not distracted while working on a customer. Vietnamese is spoken only to explain what a customer wants if the tech doesn’t quite understand. I have yet to have a bad experience here. Highly recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been coming to this nail salon since it opened. Recently, my nails began breaking within a few days of getting them done. I came back today after they broke and the owner rudely told me to come back and never took my name. He did not acknowledge the inconvenience nor cared about getting me scheduled to fix this issue. Unprofessional!!!! It’s the highest nail salon in the area. The quality should stand up to the price charged. I have been coming to this nail salon since it opened. Recently, my nails began breaking within a few days of getting them done. I came back today after they broke and the owner rudely told me to come back and never took my name. He did not acknowledge the inconvenience nor cared about getting me scheduled to fix this issue. I was cut on all of my fingers with the drill after being applied acrylics. I would understand a few fingers but this was on ALL of my fingers. I had a few fingers bleed and the lady doing my nails afterwards buffed my nails aggressively causing me to bleed more. The nails overall look nice but the experience was painful. Acrylic nails
