I’ve gone to NailTime for about 4 years now & Anna and her staff are always friendly & professional. The salon is clean and chairs are wiped down after each customer. I try to make appointments ahead of time and sometimes I do need to wait a few minutes. But it’s worth the wait because I know that I’ll get a great & professionally done manicure/ pedicure/ brow.

My daughter (5) and I come here every two weeks and we have yet to have a bad experience. I myself am very biased Jade and Wei are my favorites but honestly everyone is great and friendly from staff to other customers. We always enjoy ourselves and my nails always last at least two weeks!

On Friday (01/18/19) I had an appointment for a 10am SNS manicure. Despite being a client with an appointment, it took almost 2 hours for my manicure to be completed due to my nail tech, Jade, disregarding me and leaving me unattended multiple times to go help other clients. I found this quite rude and it is not the first time this has happened to me at this salon.

I had chipped nails from work and came in for a simple manicure. The manicure was relaxing and overall, I really enjoyed it. The person working on my nails even gave me a back and hand massage to my surprise! Would love to come here again.

Nails were shaped badly and not painted to the base of the nail, workers were arguing with each other across the room and making everyone uncomfortable. It was busy (god knows why) and as people came in, they were given an unrealistic waiting time, so the stylists rushed and customers were kept waiting. It seemed hygienic but that’s about it. I’ll never be back.
