If I could give 0 stars I would! The employees were very rude, the tech rushed my nails, the place is VERY UNSANITARY, and now I have developed a terrible fungus on my toe. The first time I went there, the tech did my pedicure and fill in. After being there for 30 minutes, I never saw any tech clean anything! So, I said something about it. I went back because I needed my feet done for graduation and they were the only shop that had openings. Now I see why! The second time I went, I asked the tech what was on my toe and she said, “its okay, its a little fungus from having feet in water a lot”. She then filed my toenail down and said the rest will grow out. Now, 2 weeks later, I have this terrible fungus that I have to get treated! I am very upset and will be filing a complaint. It is ridiculous that so many people have complained about this establishment and they are still in business. I want people to see what has happened to me and to make the best decision by going elsewhere!

The man who sits at #7 did my manicure and I told him I wanted my nails to be short. He proceeded to make them long and when I told him I wanted them short he said no too short is too ugly and long looks better. The nail on my thumb is completely crooked and I have gel and nail polish residue all over my fingers. The absolute WORST experience.. will post pictures when I figure out how to do that.

Critical: QualityI had been going there for years until I found out I had nail fungus. For the last couple of time I went for a fill and would ask I was told it’s just a bruise even when I got a full set I was still told it was just a bruise and it was going to go away til I went some where else and was told it was fungus. Please be aware if you go there and let them do your nails. Instead of a soaking the nails completely off they would also use nail grippers to speed up the process. For the last couple of time I went for a fill and would ask I was told it’s just a bruise even when I got a full set I was still told it was just a bruise and it was going to go away til I went some where else and was told it was fungus. I’ve been coming here for a little bit now and it’s always something when I go in the man is always on his phone doing my nails then I finally go to a different man and he cuts me multiple times my nails look like I’ve had them on for 3 weeks when it’s only been 3 days my nail polish is chipping my nails aren’t filed how there suppose to be( not even) I’m so disappointed
