Nail Time

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueThis place is the WORST! First of all it is dirty. Secondly, they are rude. They rush you along and treat you like a child…I am 35. Thirdly, it is unsanitary and I fear people could contract a disease from this place. The lady doing my nails cut my cuticle so low it started bleeding and not just a little…she did not apologize and kept doing my nails over the blood!! She seriously ran the brush over my blood and dipped it back in the nail polish…If they are willing to do this in front of a customer what else are they doing or not doing… I never leave reviews, but this is just too horrible not to share. I even had a $100 gift card given to me for this place, I had my nails done that one time and will never go back! Such a waste but the experience was just that bad! You are better off doing your nails at home with all the options that are out there now like LED gel polish that stays on just as long! This place is the WORST! First of all it is dirty. Secondly, they are rude. They rush you along and treat you like a child…I am 35. Thirdly, it is unsanitary and I fear people could contract a disease from this place. I get dip powder, at my normal salon it lasts for 4 weeks or longer. I Paid $45 to get dip powder at Nail Time and it didn’t last 4 days!! It chipped and broke my real nails. DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE! I don’t live in Dubois and normally get my nails done elsewhere but I was in town and needed them done for Christmas. I get dip powder, at my normal salon it lasts for 4 weeks or longer. I Paid $45 to get dip powder at Nail Time and it didn’t last 4 days!! It chipped and broke my real nails. Horrible, horrible, horrible. They had a sign hanging that said no refunds. Now I know why, because they suck at doing nails. Total rip off.

I normally go somewhere else but i had things to do and the wait was short so I figured I may as well give Nail time a try… never again!! She cut them way shorter than what i showed her and proceeded to file them-extremely crooked might I add. When I politely tried to point it out, she interrupted me and told me i needed to wait and have some patience. she was very rude to every single person as they came in, including me and my friend. she cut me and went so fast. she wasn’t gentle at all. when she was done i had acrylic all over the sides of many of my fingers. the nails are crooked, short, and far too thick! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I normally go somewhere else but i had things to do and the wait was short so I figured I may as well give Nail time a try… never again!! She cut them way shorter than what i showed her and proceeded to file them-extremely crooked might I add. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis place is great. Everyone is super friendly including customers. My nail technician does a very gentle and thorough job. The manicures are cheap and last about a month on average. I’ve had broken nails because I work with my hands, but I’ve never bled during a manicure.
