First time here, the nail Technician was very kind, sweet she made me feel very comfortable.She was a very happy person, I could tell that about her. We two were the only ones in the shop, we had a blast talking and laughing. I will be going back, I made my next appointment before I left. She took everything into consideration that I needed. I was very happy with my visit and look forward to going back. The prices were reasonable and Kim was very friendly and helpful. I’ve had multiple compliments on my nails since going. I got acrylic and most think they are my natural nails. I highly recommend going!

Extremely annoyed with this place. I looked up what nail salons were close to me and seen this had good reviews so I decided to check it out. On the website it says walk in welcome and the sign in sheet when I walked in. This lady came to me and said appointments only and to come back a different time. I then said this is the only time I could get them done she then said ” appointments only buh bye”. Absolutely unprofessional and false advertising. I’ll be sure to take my business else where.

Normally by appointment only, being from KCMO, we didn’t know and just walked in. We were in town headed to a wedding, when I had a nail emergency, and my daughter didn’t have time for a manicure before we left. They happily accepted us, and seemed very gracious.

Absolutely horrible experience with the male nail tech here, asked for almond shaped and got two different kinds of shapes on my hands! My hands look horrible and instead of trying to fix it they suggest I come back another time and still pay for them!! Absolutely not, worst service I’ve ever had!!
