Came in with my friend as a walk in around 4:30 on a Wednesday and was informed that it would be a 45 minute wait. That would have been fine if the service was good. My friend got into the chair 45 minutes before me and got a beautiful set. I did not get into the chair until almost 6:30 (after waiting almost 2 hours) and I could tell the woman doing my nails did not want me there because she wanted to get ready to close at 7. Got a simple set of acrylics with a matte topcoat. They look AWFUL. She rushed the whole time and you can tell. Every single one of my nails is lumpy and half of them are crooked. The topcoat doesn’t even cover the whole nail and they’re still shiny around the edges. Extremely disappointed as I waited for 2 hours and wasted half of my day to end up with bad nails and I have to deal with it because I don’t even have time to go back and get them fixed for almost a week. When the shop owner realized I wasn’t happy she had the nerve to say “you should have made an appointment.” I was so mad I just paid and left because I didn’t want to start anything. Don’t advertise that you accept walk ins if you’re going to treat them like this and then tell them they should have made an appointment. Definitely will NEVER be returning to this shop.

Critical: QualityI will never go back to this salon. I usually use NAIL E! But they were closed due to the weather and I needed a quick fix. I got a gel removal and a dip service. First, their dip colors are very limited. I ended up going with a French tip because I couldn’t find a color I liked. THEN, the white on my nails were not even. When she got finished, my thumb nail was not even finished on the side. It has now been one week and one day, and the tips of every nail are chipped. I am going to have to go to my normal salon today and get them fixed. I basically spent $50 for nothing.I will never go back to this salon. I usually use NAIL E! First, their dip colors are very limited. I ended up going with a French tip because I couldn’t find a color I liked. THEN, the white on my nails were not even. I had a wonderful experience. There was about a 30 minute wait, but it was worth it. The tech did a great job on my nails and was very friendly. He was a bit of a comic . I also got my brows done and they look fantastic! I am totally going back.

My girlfriend talked me into going in with her to have a pedicure. This was a first for me as I was somewhat skeptical about having my feet groomed! I must say it was the most relaxing visit and having my feet feeling and looking good has made me feel like a new person! My girlfriend also spoke highly of them after the visit. We will definitely be back!
