Always overbooked. I call to make an appointment ahead of time, I have to cancel because something came up, and they are not able to take any for the rest of their work week. Walk-ins only. I paid for a full set of acrylics and they couldn’t do any basic thing I wanted and I understand but right after I left the gel top they put over my acrylics smeared everywhere and the guy doing my nails told me he was hungry so he was trying to hurry. The next day my nails were completely bubbled off and smeared because they didn’t cure them more then 30 seconds

I made double appointments for my friend and I to get pedicures together. When we got there, only one nail tech was available. My friend got her pedicure while I sat there and no one ever became available for me. I understand that things happen and appointments don’t always start on time but a simple apology would’ve gone a long way. After 45 minutes of waiting we ended up having to leave, without so much as a word from any of the staff. A complete waste of my time and terrible customer service.

Horrible experience. I had on a black gel color before I picked out a beautiful orange color. The lady didn’t soak off my gel, but instead got it somewhat off with the tool. She didn’t get all of the black off! My 10 year old brother could’ve done a better job than she did. I will not be going back. Also got my eyebrows waxed, HORRIBLE JOB on that too. I had to come home and fix them myself with tweezers. Just an overall bad experience.
