Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called this location on Friday 3/18/21 and made appointments for my sister and for Saturday 3/20/21. I wanted a set of acrylics and my sister wanted a pedicure. The man who answered the phone guaranteed me that we would be able to be seen at 4pm and have two different technicians so we could have done at the same time. I have had trouble in the past with this place not valuing the concept of appointments. When we arrived @ 3:50pm there were only 2 staff members and two people currently getting their nails done.. There were 3 people waiting. The guy said “may I help you” as soon as we walked in. I looked around and said Yes, we make appointments for 4pm. He had that “oh no” kind of look on his face like they had forgotten or something. They didn’t forget. They just take any walk in that comes in, completely disregarding appointment times. So lets fast forward, my sister and I decide to wait. They take her back to a pedicure chair where they leave her soaking for 20 minutes before anyone touches her. So by that time I am really upset and told my sister that we would leave as soon as she was done and that I wasn’t waiting any longer. They finally finish up with my sister and the guy immediately comes over to me and is shocked because he thought I told him that I wanted just a manicure. I’m like um nooooooo. I made the appointment for a full set PLUS I repeated that when I walked in this damn place. I said the hell with it and let him get started. He rushed through my entire process and didn’t even put gel top coat on as that is what I asked for. When he finished I was so eager to get out of there, it wasn’t until I left that I noticed what an absolute joke of a job it was. My the nail polish was already peeling. They were uneven and a couple were crooked. I had a gift certificate so luckily I wasn’t out any money. They did not get a tip. My sister’s pedicure was a joke as well. My 12 year old niece could have done a better job. I have gone to this place on and off for the past 8 years and I can tell you that it is pointless to make an appointment because they do not honor them or care. You lost 2 good paying customers because your lack of professionalism and efficiency.. Luckily I went to Olean the next day and visited Lee Nails and the Olean Mall.
