I came in to get my nails done with my mother in law. We both got a manicure and a pedicure. First of all when we walked in they just looked at us like we were in the wrong place. Then they told us to sign out names and then argued with who would work on us. When the women finished my pedicure she rounded my toe nails and a few days later it gave me an ingrown toenail. When she did my acrylics, I showed her a picture of a simple French tip. She asked if I wanted them as long as the picture and then made rude comments on how long they are because I she said they would scratch my baby. When she finished they didn’t look like the picture at all and they were very thick and messy. I later took them off and did them again myself and they looked way better. First picture is the reference picture, the thicker nails are the ones I received and the lighter background picture with thinner tips are the ones I did on my own. If I have to pay $100 + I expect my nails to come out better then when I can do myself. Definitely do not recommend this salon.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThey were very nice. Sally is awesome. She did pretty much exactly what i wanted. I showed her 2 different pictures of what i wanted and she put the 2 into one flawlessly and she’s pretty quick but also takes her to time in making sure every nail is perfect. She also is very good with not hurting my fingers eith the machine as well as the hand file. I also enjoyed the fact that she interacts with best clients, small talk story, not just talk to hart co workers the whole time. I give Mililani Nail Tek 5 stars and i will be coming back soon. Thank you Sally. I showed her 2 different pictures of what i wanted and she put the 2 into one flawlessly and she’s pretty quick but also takes her to time in making sure every nail is perfect. I had a great experience here. I was seated for a pedicure right when i walked in and i left with a beautiful pedicure and manicure. Very very happy. The girl who did my nails did a wonderful job and was very friendly. A great experience.

Pretty much the worst nail salon I have ever been to. My daughter and I came here yesterday. I wanted to get a basic manicure for my daughter and acrylic nails with gel polish for myself. We walked in and there were no customers. The lady who was sitting on one of the pedicure chairs asked if she can help us without getting up. I told her that I wanted to get a manicure for my daughter and I. She then says to sign in so I do. After we sign in she starts calling I guess to other workers. It sounds like they’re all arguing about who had to work. Idk that’s what it felt like. We finally get seated and they proceed with the manicure. They ask if I wanted to get gel nail polish for my daughter since it lasts longer and I say ok. Never mentions anything about it charging more. The guy who worked on me was super rough and drilled away till it started really hurting. The drill at one point came off my nail and on my actual hand. The procedure seemed so rushed and half hearted. I chose the color earlier but when it came time to put on the color it was a few shades darker than the one I had picked. He had already done a few nails at that point but the damage was done so I decided just to let it go so I could get out of there. My nails were also much longer than I wanted them to be. When he initially asked how long I said I needed them short because I type a lot. He showed me the length and I approved it but when I looked later all the other nails were much longer. After we were done he pretty much rushed out to go smoke almost not even getting his tip. The bill came out to $99 and some change. Way more than I was expecting to pay for my daughter and I. No breakdown was given. We were in a hurry to leave as we had other plans so I just paid the bill and left but completely felt gipped. My nails still hurt today a day later and one feels a bit wobbly. My daughter’s nails look fine and she was happy with hers hence the two stars instead of a one star rating. Overall I would not recommend coming here and I will definitely not be returning. I will gladly find a place that actually wants my business and can do it right.

I walked in and they were able to help me at a pretty decent rate. Staff was friendly but clearly did not know how to file nails correctly. She continued on to paint and coat my nails before actually filing my nails, to correct her mistake she continued to file over the polish that wasnt on my nail BUT on my skin, she then cut my skin with the file and I still walked out with rough tips of nails. Hight do not reccomend this shop for anyone. I was very unhappy

Came in for a pedicure after over a year of not having one. Great experience!! He spent more time than described on the price list, making sure to really pamper my feet. Very reasonably priced!! I will definitely be coming back

I waited for 2 hours before someone was able to talk to me. When they did they were rude. The nail tek rolled her eyes when I asked for coffin shaped. There were nail teks having conversations with costumers and being polite but the woman who worked on me seemed very stressed. 2 of my nails were completely lopsided. They were bubbly and awful. When I came back 3 weeks later to get them removed the lady was rushing and was obviously peeved.

The guy (short haired, older) did my nails, full set acrylic. He was super good and meticulous to make it perfect. But he did seem to get annoyed that I wanted more rounded out tips, even tho I told him before he put on the acrylics. But he did okay work and wasn’t too expensive.
