I’ve been here quite a few times over the past 3 years. All but one of my experiences there have been pleasurable. Today the young woman that did my pedicure was excellent. She took her time and was thorough. The polish looks fabulous also. I wish I had asked her for her name so I could ask for her next time.

Went here last week for a deluxe spa pedicure & manicure. What a disappointment. Pathetic pedicure & so called leg & foot massage. The girl couldn’t have cared less. However when it came to the manicure, well what can I say. It was non existent. No soaking of your nails in a bowl of warm soapy water. No cuticle trim or anything else possibly resembling a so called manicure. The only thing she did for my so called manicure was to put dip color on my nails. Ladies if you want a real pedicure & Manicure, don’t get ripped off from this business. Go somewhere else where they actually give you a real manicure. Won’t be going back here. This was a pathetic excuse for a pedicure & manicure & to charge me the price they did for half of a service is all that needs to be said.

I’ve been here before and I’m a generous tipper. I will NEVER be back. I had a 12PM appointment. I drove from central and when I got in ON TIMe they were clearly swamped. I’m not a toddler so I waited. While waiting, three white women came in. They didn’t have appointments. They were walkins. I was told to sit at table 3. I waited. Then I was moved to table 7, further in the back. After waiting at this point 30 minutes, I turned around to see that the walk-ins were being serviced. I was literally skipped and literally moved to the back. At that point, there was no point in waiting because it would have likely been another 30 minutes, but I also refuse to support a business that clearly has racial bias. No way! Very disappointed that in 2022, despite your manners, patience, and generosity, as a black woman I am still considered second class to so many people.

Piss poor service. Called go sn appointment st 230pm its it’s now 335pm a d hear I sit. Clearly they are doing so well they don’t need my business. Nothing is more annoying than businesses that want your money but fail to respect the value of your time

This place is now my go-to for pedicures and the like! The staff are helpful, detailed, and nice. It’s surprising difficult to find a salon that takes appropriate precautions for latex allergies, but this place has all non-latex gloves and scrubs that don’t contain papaya. On the downside, the chairs are a bit dated, but they work and the addition of two children’s chairs speeds things along. Thanks!
