they scheduled me at 6 knowing they closed at 6:30 i felt guilty coming but she insisted. even though they were closing very soon she took her time and didn’t rush, even joked and laughed with me. this is the first woman that has got the shape of my nails perfect! even with different requests (because i couldn’t make up my mind) she didn’t seem upset or change her demeanor she was very nice all the way through 10 stars for this woman, whoever worked the night of 12/16 owner please comment her name because she does outstanding work and service

For paying $66 for a pedicure and being there for an hour and 15 min I defiantly expected a much better job of my actual pedicure that was done. I got French tip and I think the nail tech was new but either way that should be a basic design anyone should know how to do. It was very sloppy and I got gel so it would last longer and now I already want it off my toes. Don’t think I would return if I had the same person do them again. Other then that the customer service was great.

Watch how much they charge you. I was overcharged by 30 dollars that they will only give me a ten dollar credit for. Every time I went in my shellac would fall off and peel a few days later.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came in from out of town from Texas with a broken nail and some cracks. I had just gotten my nails done before I left TX. I was so upset my nail had broken and we were planning to be gone on a month long trip! They fixed my nails and added extra strength to all of them and wasn’t going to charge me very much. I was so pleased with their professionalism and the job that they did. Thank you so much Nail Tek. Now I can enjoy my trip without worrying about my nails. I came in from out of town from Texas with a broken nail and some cracks. I had just gotten my nails done before I left TX. I was so upset my nail had broken and we were planning to be gone on a month long trip! They fixed my nails and added extra strength to all of them and wasn’t going to charge me very much. I was so pleased with their professionalism and the job that they did. Thank you so much Nail Tek. Now I can enjoy my trip without worrying about my nails.

Ive never had to wait, even if I do a quick walk in. Im always asked my preference on my nail shape and size! My nails always look amazing and their deluxe pedicures feel SO good! I always ask for Wendy and walk ins don’t have a long wait. It is hard to find their location but once I realized it was right next to the Shell gas station all was well. Four stars only because my Technician talked to the other tech the whole time which was uncomfortable, but she did a fantastic job on my manicure and took her time to do a good job. I will definitely use this shop again.

I’ve have been coming here since January and have always enjoyed my experience, yet two days ago my fingers were cut up like carrots on a cutting board, i have 3 deep cuts on the sides of my nails. in the past i’ve been given quality nails, yet this time i got an acrylic fill and not all of the previous color was removed so it’s visible in the bottom of my nail. then once she applies the powder and shaved them down they were paper thin and bendable so i asked for more coats in which she began to rush and provided to cut me. i was still charged full price, 58$. I will not be returning.

Been to MANY nail salons in town, this has been my go to for the past almost 2 years. Very friendly! Great service. Haven’t ever had to wait very long to sit at a chair. Great at designs.
