HORRIBLE!!!!!! Do not waste your time or money! The guy polished my toes and did a horrible job! It was sooo uneven! When I asked for a darker shade in hopes to “fix” the issue…. He slapped (literally) the darker shade on top of the lighter shade then finished with top coat. It was sooo thick! It didn’t even dry!

Went in to get a nail fixed after work seen it was a nice sized sign saying walk-ins welcome but once inside they say it’ll be an hour wait so I’m like ok I’ll wait they start talking to each other and then one lady comes up and says “you come back tomorrow we have appointments scheduled” if you’re going to go by appointments turn off the walk in welcome sign!! That was a 30 minute ordeal and no one came in during that time which meant they could’ve done my nails but chose not to. I definitely won’t be going back there!

Went here with my friend today and they didn’t listen to her length desire and then literally had her fingers bleeding! DON’T GO HERE FOR SPECIAL DESIGNED NAILS only a solid color unfortunately because I asked for a very simple fall design with mostly solid colors and pics for ref and I literally had to stop her several times from choosing the wrong color even though I had just pointed and repeated the# repeatedly, had to ask her to please not move fwd until she had coated the entire nail in pigment and not transparent in appearance so generally about 2-3 coats. She kept trying to move on leaving blank spots and transparent nails with the white polish. Then I had to basically tell her how to do the design and she kept asking me which nails I wanted the colors and I was like bruh exactly like the picture like come on.. what really took me aback is out of no where without saying anything she up and physically moved my chair like um excuse me I’m not a child I’m a grown woman DO NOT PUT HANDS ON ME WITHOUT ASKING ME like what?? Very unprofessional sad cuz it seems the only one there who knows what he’s doing is the gentleman on the phone. The rest of the staff aside from one girl are completely incompetent. Would not recommend.

Called 45 minutes before closing on a Friday (hated to do it, but got out of work late & had a special event Saturday I didn’t want broken nails for- broken nails had been “filled” at a different salon less than a week prior) & they told me to come on in. Not only did Daniel provide an amazing experience for me right before closing time on a Friday evening but my nails turned out beautifully! (& Lasted way more than the 2 weeks intended lol I scheduled an appointment to get them filled tomorrow) They’ve definitely earned my business & I will continue to book with Daniel!

I went there yesterday for the first time and I received Royal treatment. I called on my way home from work and they were willing to do a mani and pedi beyond normal hours. I would have been ok with just a pedi but Emmy, my tech, insisted that she was happy to stay and do both services. I would never expect that nor would I take advantage of that kindness but it impressed me. Hanna was super sweet and funny too. She gave me a neck massage while Emmy did my manicure. She was just being sweet. I WILL be back!!!

First experience, no complaints… Second experience appointment was made and still waited for almost an hour. The nail tech was rushed and said I should’ve gotten a new set instead of fill and fix. 1nail cracked within first week, Third visit not even a week later, the price was increased by 15$ from what I was told at prior visit. Not having a blanketed service price prevents your patrons from leaving appropriate tips.

I normally get really nice acrilics from experienced employees here, I had a new guy this time and my nails are still visible through 3 coats of gel polish and the prices seem to keep going up everytime I go back here

The service was friendly, they took good care of my feet and hands, and I opted for the deluxe pedicure… my feet were delighted! So relaxing! I chose citrus refreshing but I could have happily had any of the scents that were available! Totally regret no photo. It would hep this review make perfect sense!
