I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! Steve was verbally abusive and even hit my hand with the nail file, because I wasn’t holding my hand in the manner in which he wanted me to. He yelled at me and even belittled me without being provoked. I wasn’t even responding. When I finally asked for his wife to do my nails he told me next time not to come back because I hold my hand worst than 5 year old children. My own husband doesn’t yell or disrespect me. I will be contacting the BBB.

Poor communication skills and very little english to understand what the customer is asking for and when I tried to explain what I wanted done to my nails the tech got rude and made a big deal which made me really uncomfortable. The ideal thing about going to pamper yourself at the nail shops is so that we can relax, the techs made that impossible to be comfortable, that I had a headache when leaving the nail shop and the nail tech still messed up my overlay set.

It wasn’t terrible for me, but I just had a pedicure. The other patrons around were not being serviced very well. 3 employees and only one really understand English. The male worker took over an hour to do one person’s nails. She was getting worked on when I arrived and still getting worked on when I left.

The first time here was a rush job. Felt like ok…just won’t come back. Then maybe 5 days later polish started coming of toe nails. That has never happened. Came back to tell them and get a polish change. Checked the polish, it was super thin like it had been stretched with acetone maybe to make it last longer for them. Will never visit this place again. Not even in a rush! I’ll do without! FYI…not the cleanest place either.
