Worst service I’ve seen in a while! My nails look absolutely horrible! The pedicure wasn’t bad but the guy that did my nails was clearly inexperienced. They’re quite bubbly, lumpy and the polish is uneven throughout. After waiting an 40 additional minutes for a different staff member to correct the first guy’s work, they wanted me to pay extra for said fix! Absolutely NOT! I declined, payed half the cost of the services and was out! Neveerrrrrrr again! Don’t do it. Just don’t.

I paid $60 for my nails just for them to be chipped and for them to break 2 days after I got them done so I went back in and she fixed it just for them to break again the very next day and I was off work for a week bc of vacation so I haven’t done anything to cause them to break! this was very upsetting Acrylic nails

Horrible service. Took me 4 year old and 9 year old for gel polish on nails and toes. Just polished not manicure wanted to charge $45. Which seemed way too high so ended up getting normal polish. Messed up my older daughters toes multiple times and I asked him to fix it. I ended up right there painting her toes myself. Kept pulling my 4 year olds hand and hurting her. When I went to pay I told them about the horrible service and all they said is they will call the cops on me because I was complaining. Started yelling at me in front of my children. I never raised my voice never said I wasn’t going to pay. I will never go there again.

I went here twice for a pedicure. The first one was a good experience, but apparently the do not clean their tools because when I went for the second pedicure, and the removed the polish, I have toenail fungus. The person still completed the pedicure and assured me it was fine. It is not fine! I saw my doctor and have to be treated to cure the fungus. The man was very rough, cut my toes, rushed through the service and didn’t even complete the service I paid for. He then stood over me when I was filling out my receipt and felt pressured into leaving a tip. I now know why the salón was empty when I walked in

I went to go get my acrylic nails filled, and the employees were so rude. I had the guy do my nails and he was buffing on my cuticles until they started BLEEDING. It was a horrible experience. The guy that was doing my nails also had disgusting nails and they were super dirty. He was using his nails to help get nail polish out from the bottom of my nails and it was so gross. The place was super dirty, it was not clean at all. I do not recommend going here at all. Please, save your money!

I have been coming here for the last 3-4 months consistently. However I will not be coming back!!! This is the 3rd time my nails were done sloppy!!! Twice I returned for them to fix. This time I’m done.(Now I must go out with nails that look like a child did them on a full weekend) I’m going back to my salon in Raleigh. The prices are the same but the service is definitely better.

March2022 I took my 11&13 old sons and I to get done.I had130 appointments got there they couldn’t get it done on schedule time they act like they didn’t want to service us the lady asked the man to do My Son‘s feet and he told her no and the woman who done our feet she kept giving my boys the evil eye I asked her did she have a problem she ignored me. I paid $235 for services that was awful 3feet and 1fill in that was trash. The man heard me ask her does she have a problem he didn’t say anything and she didn’t either he just looked at me with Discuss. I recommend no one black to go in the shop I don’t know what their problem was I didn’t do anything to them I don’t have messed up feet nor fingers so I don’t know what the problem is but we’re done with them!!!! They get —0 ⭐️ from us!

Store opened at 10am. I Called 2 days prior to make an appointment for me and my sister who has stage 4 lung cancer to get pedicures. We arrive at 10 they already have 6 people soaking their feet and only 3 workers. Why would you take walk ins starting at 9am per the sign in sheet if you don’t open until 10am and you know you have 2 appointments arriving at 10. I was not going to wait when I had made an appointment for a reason, my sister cannot sit wait an hour after our appointment time in her condition, shame on them! I have been to this salon many times and this has never happened. So sad that they make appointments and don’t honor them. Apparently they will take the money of those just walking in and have people with appointments wait. You will never see a dime of my money again!
