Came in for an eye brow wax at 12:40pm, was told that I couldn’t be taken because there was an appointment at 1pm. They asked if I could come back another day. Poor customer service. Poor experience.

Like other reviewers, I found the salon to be very clean and the technicians were friendly and meticulous. My technician also asked for my preferences and checked with me throughout. I was a walk-in and got lucky, as many people had appointments and others who arrived during my pedicure had to wait. This speaks to the loyalty of their customers. I will return and recommend to anyone looking for a nail salon. I prefer just polish but the salon offers acrylics and the new powder polishes.

I love Nail Tech. Tang really takes his time to make sure your nails are smooth and blemish-free. The salon is clean, the staff is personable and the prices competitive. I drive 20+ minutes, past a couple of other salons, to see Tang every two weeks.
