My absolute favorite nail shop in all my pedicure experience!!! These ladies pays close attention to their craft and ensures to deliver on request. They have such an amazing ambiance atmosphere, that gives VIP vibes and relaxation a lady looks for in a nailshop. Definitely top tier and highly recommended. Five months ago this place came under new ownership. It is clean, all the chairs and stations are new. I’ve been back three times. My husband has even come with me. The basic pedicure includes a scrub, which is amazing. I’ve had both Lee and Lisa and would highly recommend either of them. If you were disappointed under the old ownership, you need to come back and try this again.

My daughter and I have gone here for many years and have always been happy. Nothing fancy but ladies are very nice and great services. Like every place lately they are short staffed so an appointment is suggested but they try to get you in as quickly as possible. Manicure, Pedicure

Ok so I didn’t want to review badly here but I will say I’m quite annoyed. Today I came to nail Tek, mind you this is my 4th or 5th time back. I’ve always had my nails done pretty nice here but the costumer service sucks. I walked in with no appointment and got turned away, there was one woman working and there is no website for me to check if I have to make an appointment. The woman just said by appointment only after she took another scheduled one on the phone after I walked in. That’s really bad costumer service if you ask me. It actually makes me want to choose another place to get my nails done from now on. The other times I waited an extremely long periods of time to just get worked on. If this business wants more people to flood in here they’re going to need a costumer service course for sure not to mention better marketing for there business.

My scheduled appointment was for 3 and I sat there for 45 mins before I got worked on. The massage pedicure chair didn’t work and I ended up being there for a pedicure and Manicure for 3.5 hours. The establishment is dirty and the bathroom is in complete shambles. I barley got a massage on my hands and feet because I was rushed. They don’t have a debit machine and instead an ATM machine for their customers to pay cash, but the machine charges a fee. However, that machine doesn’t work. I was forced to drive to my bank, pull out cash and go back. Being 9 months pregnant sitting that long and having to travel to pay, I was not happy. I have to say though, Lisa did a good job on my feet and did a good callus remover. If you’re looking for an establishment that is clean, professional and want a good pamper, this is not the place.

Ok so apparently these ladies are very misunderstood because I have never been treated so kindly and with such respect while going to get my nails done. I came to this shop just expecting the same old stuff and left here actually feeling good about myself. I got the works (acrylic nails with gel, pedicure to match my fingernails, eyebrows waxed, very new awesome facial that I can’t remember what it’s called I will update though, and eyelash extensions) Tina and Monica did all of my work and it took the better part of the day and they were genuinely nice people. Both of them seemed to genuinely care about the work they did and it showed in the results. By the time I actually left this salon I felt as if I had known these ladies for years. I have never been to another walk in nail salon like this and I will never go to another one again as long as my girls are at Nail-T (formerly nail tek They are under new management) That’s where I will be. I highly highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a wonderful experience at the nail salon. Oh and one more thing: everything was so clean and sterilized. Over all a wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back.

This place is living in the past. Cant do current nail designs. Wont do powder designs. I asked to have coffin nails and they were cut very short. And then I told they were to short for coffin even though it was the very first thing I told her. She then cut my skin open filing to hard on my right hand and when we were all done. They told me to use the ATM and they dont take card for an atm fee. Just a old shop with old values. Dont want it. Bring your shop up to the current age. If your in your 20s. Dont bother. This shop cant do its basics. Sept 9. 2019
