Do not waste your money. The pedicure peeled off after two days, has a black hair under the top coat, you could see the polish on my cuticles. Wasn’t asked about shape or length for fingernails, and I had spent time growing them out only for her to clip them all the way down before I could stop her. Bubbles under several nails, and peeling up as well. Went and asked for a refund and was refused.

I feel like the quality of this salon has gone down hill, I was told there are new owners. I had a dip mani, and regular pedi. I asked for ombré dip, I have had this done here before. They had me wait for a specific tech to do the dip mani, I assumed she knew what she was doing if they had me wait for her… I was wrong. I walked out of there with the worst mani I’ve ever had. I’m honestly embarrassed I walked out of there with those nails.

TAO is a jerk. He told my mother she was double her size from the last time he seen her. She came home crying. TAO is an awful, mean human being and should take an etiquette class! Acrylic nails

Unfortunately left with mismatched nail lengths and shape, messy cuticles, nails that look grown out, and could’ve used another coat of gel. Was relatively aggressive with most of their work too.

Really enjoyed my experience today. Nice & clean establishment. You have a few different pedicures to choose from. I chose the Shellac. Turned out very pretty and shiney.

I used to really enjoy this place but today they have just lost my business. The last four times they have been nothing but rude. Around Halloween I pulled up a simple design for Halloween nails and after the main girl who does designs tried to keep offering me stickers to put on and me saying multiple times, “No thank you, I would like THIS design,” she said, “Fine! $20.”. None of the similar designs I have brought in to show were ever that much! The last straw was today. I stopped on my way home from work in uniform to get two chipped nails fixed. Their sign was lit up and said “Open.”. Their business hours state until 7. I walked in just after 6 and they asked what I needed, I said two nails repaired please. They said they were closed. I said, sorry the sign was lit up. They said I could come back tomorrow. I asked what time they closed, they said 4. I told them I work tomorrow and they are not open Sundays. Ann said I could make an appointment for Monday. I told her I was unable to guarantee that I can hold an appointment since I work on an ambulance and never know when I might get a late call. She rudely said, “Awwww too bad.” I said, “Wow, I will not be coming back.”. As I walked out the door I turned around and said that they really need to turn off their Open sign. I then went to the other nail place, Fountain Nail Salon and even though they weren’t able to match the exact color, they fixed the nails and got as close to the original color as possible in UNDER 10 minutes. They did not even charge me but I left a $10 for their helpfulness. I have been at Nail Tech One, two visits ago, where they accepted two pedicures five minutes after closing time (my nail time took a little longer that day.) However, my walk in wasn’t wanted?! Nail Tech One spent the time and money to fix up their salon to make it look nice and yet there are no pretty asthetics that can make up or take place of the importance of good customer service. They lost mine AND my daughter’s business for good!

My Mom & I have been coming here for years. Everyone is so friendly and recognize us when we come in. It’s one of the cleanest nail salons I have been too. They line the pedicure bowls each time and use all clean tools. They not only do a great job with nail polish, but they also do scrub, lotion, hot towel and hot stones for every regular pedicure. Highly recommend for a pedicure!

My daughter and I got a pedicure here tonight. $30 for the basic pedicure, which included a foot soak while you sit in a massage chair, nail and cuticle trimming, foot scrub, foot & leg exfoliation / massage, lotion, and polish. The lady who did my daughter’s pedicure was super friendly, and made it a great experience for her. She even put on some hand-painted flowers on her big toes. My pedicure looks great as well. The man who did mine asked about the length and shape of the toenails I wanted before he began. Overall, a nice experience, and the salon is calming and clean.
