Critical: Quality, ValueI gave this place a try and it was very poor quality pedicure. It was also very expensive for what you get. Normally the service they charged $45 was the same as what I get for $28 other places, pretty basic pedicure but advertised as deluxe. The one thing that annoyed me is that I picked a very pretty glitter blue nail polish. They must’ve mixed it with acetone because once it dried it looked dull and I couldn’t get it to shine even after I got home and put another top coat. The other thing is that they put the nail polish over the top coat after it was done, so there were parts that were more dull than others, you can see on pictures. Overall will not be coming back. I gave this place a try and it was very poor quality pedicure. It was also very expensive for what you get. Normally the service they charged $45 was the same as what I get for $28 other places, pretty basic pedicure but advertised as deluxe. The one thing that annoyed me is that I picked a very pretty glitter blue nail polish. The owner was so so so nice and so helpful in explaining what he was doing and checking in to make sure I liked them. Very clean and professional, my nails are absolutely stunning now. Since the salon is now under new ownership, I would say the level of service has gone up even more! The deluxe spa pedicure is absolutely wonderful and I love all the attention they give for this service. The last time I was in there; the gentleman who did my pedicure was excellent and has the hands of an angel. The upkeep of doing manicures and pedicures is expensive; so if you are not happy with something they have done; why not tell them? I’m sure they would make it right. They want you to be happy and to tell friends about your experience and service. I have been going to Nail Tech for a couple years now and have been pleased with their service. Since the salon is now under new ownership, I would say the level of service has gone up even more! The deluxe spa pedicure is absolutely wonderful and I love all the attention they give for this service.
