This place was awful, my nail tech would not stop answering her phone while doing my nails. It was so bad that she ended up dragging the little round tool across my hand, and she also cut my cuticle and I started to bleed. This place should be shut down for not sterilizing their tools before using. I didn’t realize until after the fact. My acrylics weren’t placed correctly, so far away from my cuticle that it’s only been a couple days and I need a fill. One way to rob you of your money. My nail technician couldn’t even follow simple directions. Will never return. I suggest new people don’t go.

I always struggled to find a a nail salon that I really felt was clean, comfortable and had employees that I could talk to as well as would listen to my requests – Nail Tech 9 has met all my expectations and more. I recommend this location to everyone. I was referred here by a friend and since I started here, I have never been disappointed. I’ve even referred my mother!They always find a way to fit you in, even if the appointment is last minute. They are truly great people and it’s a wonderful atmosphere. I see Tina every 2-3 weeks for a dip manicure and a pedicure every other visit. She is AMAZING! I always struggled to find a a nail salon that I really felt was clean, comfortable and had employees that I could talk to as well as would listen to my requests – Nail Tech 9 has met all my expectations and more. I recommend this location to everyone. I was referred here by a friend and since I started here, I have never been disappointed. I’ve even referred my mother!

Got passed around to several techs because I asked for almond shaped nails (I guess noone knew how to do these even though they offer it). Not very clean. Tech kept answering phone during my service. There was dust everywhere from previous clients. Was also lectured the entire time about how I should be getting dip powder instead, despite saying no thank you several times. The tech who painted my nails didn’t understand what I had asked for, and instead of really correcting it, I was again lectured on how it would have been better with dip powder. Do not recommend, very disappointed. Will happily pay more somewhere else for clean service.

Just got my nails done by Tina and she knocked it out of the park once again! I opted to do fun, multi-color nails and Tina more than happy to oblige. These are dips and I like that she makes sure they are not thick or bulky. These will stay on for weeks and I am loving the result!

I don’t recommend at all went there for second time in my life thinking the first time might have been a misfortune of luck …. the woman did my fill adding mountains to the middle of my nails….. I complained the owner “fixed” it shaving it down and redoing it but even after my redo all of my nails have dots under the polish I had never had to get my nails done twice and both badly ! The polish is pealing off on the side after a day ! Horrible waste of money!

The edges were rigged, the base near the cuticle was uneven and my cuticles got cut on two different nails while I was getting them done , it was painful and bleeding . I asked for a cheetah print, instead I got dots smeared and uneven splots , looked like a 4 year old did it , my 9 year old could have done a better job! I wish I would have posted this before I had them redone at a different place! So that I could have taken a pic at the night mare !
