About two weeks ago I walked into the shop which I have been there before to get my eyebrows waxed there was no clients and two techs there on site. I asked if they had time for a eyebrow wax and they said yes. I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and came back out lay down on the bed and tech came up to me and said “you need nails done”? I said no, just eyebrow wax. Her response was “oh you don’t need eyebrow wax”!!! What is it with people that don’t want to do what you asked him to do as a customer?? Of course after they went back-and-forth speaking whatever language they speak I said Fine, and walked out!! I’ll never go there ever again, don’t waste your time.
